The guy towing the car was great. However, the owner is awful. Terrible customer service and terribly overpriced. After being in an accident with my 2 kids under the age of 2 they told us the tow would be free since they were taking it locally. Once we sent someone to pick up my car they charged us $500, half of that was for “storage.” This was probably because they realized they weren’t going to be fixing the damage on the car. My car was on their lot for only a few hours, not even a full day!!!! Not to mention they were awfully rude to my husband on the phone. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
$2,440.96 for a 2-3 mile tow and 2 days in the yard!! After calling for an explanation, the guy spent most of the time asking why my insurance took the 2 grand from the collision settlement, when I wanted answers about their ABSURS PRICING.
The tow ITSELF was $400! $500 Recover fee for my wheel being popped off after the accident. $175 “admin fee” that they obviously couldn’t give a clear answer for. $175 “yard fee”, same explanation. $250 CLEANING FEE FOR BRAKE FLUID, $275/day to keep it in the tow yard, $180 in taxes, and some other charges I couldn’t believe.
I called expecting them to give no real answer as to why this pricing is absurdly high, likely because they’ll just charge the insurance company who will then trickle it down to the driver. I was correct, call another tow.

I go to location After I looked around for a “tow lot” and upon not finding it I call tow place again and immediately get hung up on.
I call My husband to call them and see what the F*#~ is going on - I finally get call as to where to meet tow truck driver who releases my car after handing him the cash.
So much angst all day when the guy who answers the phone could have told me- communicated better….guess he takes perverse pleasure in making people frustrated.
This tow company is the worst I have never seen. After towed me and I paid cash plus tips. They can't even give me a receipt . I been call 3 days to get my receipt
And I keep calling them they don't pickup my call. They don't respond to my text messages too
I don't recommend them to anybody.
My car was towed and I went to the address posted to pick it up only to find 5 broken cars and a mailbox, no office. Called the number posted and was told I could only pay via cash, Zelle, or Venmo before finding out where my car actually was. Then was told to pick up my car from a random Bed Bath & Beyond parking lot... Totally sketchy and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

I had my car towed in early January, and when I went to pick it up my door was pushed off it’s axis and now won’t shut. I called them and they said to send them pictures, so I did, and then they blocked my number. Since it’s not worth going to court over I’m just stuck with a messed up door, kind of inconvenient. If I could choose a towing company, needless to say I wouldn’t choose these guys.
These guys are great, I'm a construction project Manager and use them to move around construction equipment/vehicles from my various sites. They are always on time and are very willing to communicate with you, until the job is done!
I had an excellent experience with Matt's Towing Company. I was provided with a reasonable rate, and they worked with me and the limitations of my schedule. My car was delivered safely to its destination, and I wasn't even present! I really appreciated their service and communication. They made my stressful situation much easier. Thanks.
Matt came through for me in a pinch. I was able to have my vehicle towed and stored. Matt was friendly and had a completely open line of communication. Even acquiesced to personal requests, when enough time was given beforehand.
Specifically if you are trying to retrieve your towed car, call their number after 10am to arrange a time to pickup your car. Keep trying if no one picks up immediately. Be sure to confirm over the phone where the pickup location will be, as like another reviewer, I uber-ed to the listed weeksville address only to call and have to uber back again to industry city parking lot. Cash, venmo or zelle. Double check the details and quote before you go.
They would never provide you any paperwork, make sure before you pay get the paper work. They are real thieves! They will quote you something else and would charge you 50% extra then their original quote. If they quote 150$ they will charge $225. The good thing is they will arrive eventually .
Matt's Towing Corp is a criminal operation that charged the gouging price of $272 while repeatedly promising (and then refusing) to provide a breakdown of costs or any paperwork ever. I was made to Venmo someone to get my car back and so had no recourse then or now.
Took a bit long, but thank you for your service! I don't understand how people think is ok to block active driveways! You got the car out and now I have a peace of mind. Will be calling asap if someone blocks the driveway!
Truck driver requested $272 for towing car as car was ticketed for blocking driveway. He refused to write a receipt for that amount. I requested for receipt through email and also web page and Matt's didn't answered. It seems they like to grab extra money from customers in heavy circumstances.

I was referred to Matt’s towing by a friend when I was looking for a reliable company to transport my vehicle. The crew got to my location in a timely manner & kept me informed throughout the process. I have heard several horror stories about tow companies that show up several hours late, damage customers vehicles or overcharge to get over on a customer during their time of crisis. I am happy to report that Matt’s towing exceeded all of my expectations & I would not hesitate to call them in the future if need be.
Matt’s towing is the best. Fast service great prices. They were there on time and with a courtesy driver. The driver helped me and even had waters in the truck for me. He brought me To my location and the driver even offered if I needed a ride home after he dropped of my car. Super great service I would definitely recommend calling them.
