Where do I even begin... Two weeks ago, my old car broke down. I had to get it towed and sent to a local mechanic shop. My car was old and I just needed to have it scraped. In a panic, I called this place and they told me that later that day they'd pick up my car. They did not, and never followed up. I called again a few days later and this time they told me something different. I was stressed, waiting for something, so I decided to go in person to ask. THEY TOLD ME I WAS ACTUALLY ON A 6 MONTH WAIT LIST 😭. They deceived me and caused me so much anguish. Thankfully Alamo Towing and Recovery LLC (not sponsored) came to the rescue and actually helped tow my car and scrap it! Look, I understand this company is busy 😔 and probably dealing with a lot, but I would've appreciated if they would've just been honest and explained the situation to me sooner 😟. I mean no ill will to them and I hope things can improve at this place.
Just wanted to respond to a recent review by Dragon MEFT, I know about the situation they went through and to be clear, they called this company 2 different times and the car was not picked up either time. Idk if there was some sort of mistake or something but the car absolutely was not picked up "Immediately" and the 6 month wait was also never explained over the phone
DO NOT CALL THEM. Very, very expensive. Owner is rude and lacked any sympathy for our situation of a wrecked camping trailor and damaged motorcycles. She screamed at me for checking in my saddle bag before they unloaded and said I would pay extra for that. We paid over $1100 to have 2 motorcycles towed about 5 miles. DO NOT CALL THEM. There are other choices.
