Captain Mike came right to us and was great. He helped us out of the jam we were in, was incredibly helpful and nice. Can’t thank him enough. My first time having to use the membership and am very grateful I joined the Sea Tow community.
Our boat needed some work but unfortunately needed to be taken out of the water for it to be done. Sea Tow Huntington was amazing. Called them to see if they would pull us out of the marina we are in and tow us to a ramp where we could pull our boat out. Mike was very helpful he looked at the tides and figured out what day and time would be best to pull her out. Showed up at the time he said he would and we were extremely impressed with how he operated his vessel. Highly recommend if you have a boat to get sea tow Huntington so worth it. Thank you Mike for making a stressful situation a breeze.
I don't want a digital membership card, I want a hard copy like I've always have. I don't want to drag my phone along with me if I don't have to out on the water. I have a vhf radio & don't need my phone I don't want to drop it overboard. Call me a dinosaur or a fossil, I don't care, give me the old type of card.......Update...Mike from local Sea Tow called me the next day to make sure I'll always get the physical card in the mail that I wanted & not the digital card. Thank You from the Dinosaur.
Sea tow captains out of Huntington and New Rochelle / Stamford have all been there for us over the last 30 years. Subscribe to Sea Tow....Don't' Leave the Dock without it.
Captain Mike and his crew in Huntington Harbor, NY, are the most courteous & professional I have ever met on the water - whether it’s a rescue or social.
I ran the fuel level down too low (fuel gauge lies LOL) & needed a tow. Quick call on channel 16 & they responded immediately. I gave them our location, about 17 miles from their home base & they got to us much faster than I expected. They called the fuel dock in Huntington & asked them to please stay open, which they did. Fueled up, was having trouble getting the engines to start so Mike jumped into the engine room to try to prime the engines to get them to start. That didn't work so he then towed us back to our mooring in Northport Harbor. They went above & beyond my expectations so they get an AAA+++!!!
Our engine suddenly cut out near Centerport and we had no power to anything on the boat let alone the starter motor. I made the call to Sea Tow and 5 minutes later Captain Gage was there ready to tow us back to Huntington harbor! Thank you!!!
Mike has been instrumental in literally keeping my old project sailboat afloat. He's been the most reliable person I've dealt with, and has ushered me through my first season of boat ownership, making crucial introductions around the community. Mike and Staff at Sea Tow of Huntington should be giving a 6 Star rating for there services in the early season of 2021. We had a 40 sail boat drag and our mooring dragged and wrapped around our neighbors mooring. Time was critical and thanks to there swift actions they preventing us from having any damage to either vessels. Highly recommend them to all in the boating community

My mooring line snapped during a storm on 10/4/22. The boat washed up on the beech in Huntington.
Mike from SeaTow was there 15 MINUTES after I called him. Mike was a calming voice at a time when I thought my boat had no chance.
By 6:00 that same day Mike and his guys had my boat off the beech and safely tied up at Mill Dam Marina.
Very impressed with the response time and professionalism.
I would absolutely recommend SeaTow of Huntington.

I cannot say enough good things about Captain Mike of Sea Tow Huntington and the great service he provided to us. He is so friendly, professional and helpful. That sinking feeling you get upon the engine failing (with 4 people and a dog on board) is quickly eased by getting Sea Tow on the line and knowing help will shortly arrive, as it did when Captain Mike showed up and towed us safely to a marina we needed to get to for repairs. As he left us, he took off to assist another boat in distress. Sea Tow's service is always terrific, but Captain Mike really stands out for his professionalism, talent/experience, and kindness. For as long as we are fortunate enough to enjoy sailing/cruising Long Island Sound, we will always be Sea Tow members. Many thanks to Captain Mike. An easy 5 Stars +++ more!
Got towed in by Mike Saturday afternoon. The tow showed up in 5 minutes from when I called. Very professional and the boat handling was very impressive. Great service and nice people.
I bought my first boat last year, and along with it came a complimentary sea tow membership. This type of membership is one that I would never go without, now in my first full year of ownership, I had to take advantage of the services offered. Derek is the man!! Saved my boat and more importantly my wife and I today when our engine stopped functioning. He was professional and friendly and navigated us while towing our boat through some rocky water that included extensive wake from Trump boat parade. Cannot thank him and Sea Tow enough. Great experience during a tough time on the water. A hose burst and I could not move the boat without the bilge getting flooded. Sea tow to the rescue. Thank goodness I am a member it has paid for itself already multiple times over
Great service and unfortunately I’ve gotten to see them in action a few times. Haha. It’s a no brained for the cost. All very professional, good people.

As a fisherman who spends a lot of time on the water at night and many times during inclement weather, knowing that Sea Tow Huntington’s multi-boat readiness is only a radio call away is absolutely comforting! I know this because during my many years as a member, Mike has helped me out of a few jams in a quick, safe & efficient manner. His boats are ALWAYS on the water and ready to respond at a moment’s notice. I’d also like to mention that during a few serious emergencies I was very impressed with his professionalism as I listened to open channel VHF communications between Mike and the authorities. Keep up the good work Mike & thanks for what you do out on the water 👍
I have been a member of Seatow Huntington for many years. Mike and his team are incredibly reliable and professional. When they say 24/7 they mean it, and their response time is fast!!! I know there is a choice in marine assistance providers, but in my mind it’s a no brainer!!!! Seatow Huntington is the best, and I would never consider an alternate service provider just to safe a few bucks on the membership fee. With Seatow Huntington you get true peace of mind, and that my friends is priceless!!!
