One of the most honest business owners I have ever met. As a woman, it’s incredible to have someone to bring my car to that will just do the work needed and not tack on things that aren’t. Towing is on point and there when you need them with reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Auto Houndz deserves 100 ⭐️’s! I’ve been a customer since 2018. Rich and his team have gone above & beyond in customer service, keeping my cars in TOP shape, with very reasonable, affordable repairs. This past January, on a freezing cold night, I was waiting for a tow after I ignored a battery warning light ??♀️. Their tow truck was picking up a customer out East, I was West… but, rather than have me wait, alone in a dark, cold parking lot, Rich and his wife (and babies!) picked me up on their way home from grocery shopping, 20 mins out of their way, and dropped me safely at home! Auto Houndz tow got my car to the shop that night, repaired and ready for work the next day! Who does this?!!! This is a business owner WHO REALLY CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS!! Phil and Dave, and each member of their Auto Houndz team are ALL exceptional! REALLY GOOD PEOPLE, very talented and skilled in car repair!??????????

I broke down on Jericho Tpke and Auto Houndz showed up with a tow truck quickly to bring myself & car to their shop. The team was easy to contact and they have knowledgeable mechanics on staff who were able to fix my car and explain what was wrong / what I needed in language I could actually understand. Didn’t feel like I was being oversold on things I didn’t need, but rather I understood what was important vs not. Highly recommend for honest local business.
I might be a little biased because I work locally and sell parts to these guys, but I've had my car serviced here a few times now and I must say that Rich and the gang are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Brought my 2015 Trax in after bucking with check engine light from highway. Knowledgable friendly crew immediately did scan and test drove. Diagnosed issue quickly and kept me posted on repair progress. Great shop! Glad I stumbled upon them. Will use when in the neighborhood.

Good service and helpful communication throughout the entire towing process. The receptionist was very helpful and he provided excellent customer service. The tow driver carefully loaded my vehicle, ensuring it remained in perfect condition. Definitely recommend to anybody in need of a Tow.

Great mechanics and tow truck company and by far the best all around people to deal with in person or over the phone they will work with you ANY way you need! I will be back 100% from now on. I feel the most comfortable speaking with the ladies at the desk and the men help explain things to me no matter how many times i need and i can now change my own tire. This is the place for any girl who wants to learn how to change her own spark plugs or just get her gaskets done by a guy that knows what hes doing and is fun to watch ? lol. Either way this place is my jam.
Excellent auto mechanic and great experience all around from customer service to fixing the issue. My previous mechanic kept changing my battery but the issue persisted over the last few years. Auto houndz immediately saw that the alternator was the issue and solved it. Very happy with this place and will be back for sure.

These guys saved my life. Called them directly because my insurance company left me stranded for hours. Autohoundz towing got there within 20 minutes and towed me to my destination. I called them back soon after to tow my motorcycle out East. 10/10
My truck broke down, called auto houndz and within 15 minutes they were there, truck hooked up and brought back to theyre shop. Within a few hours they called me back, my truck was fixed and back on the road. Very professional, very fair prices, very knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. Would recommend to anyone!
They helped us out in a pinch. We didn't have to go through an automated phone service like AAA or Geico and no waiting on hold for an hour and then being transferred to another dispatcher to wait to find out how long it would be to get helped. They were quick to respond and were locals. They were able to get us back on the road in no time and their repair shop was reliable and prices were reasonable. Great service and people. Would use them again and take my car there.
Auto houndz made the horrible experience of my car breaking down into something so stress free. They were prompt and so caring. I was worried the dealership would give me a hard time but auto houndz took care everything, I didn’t need to lift a finger. Amazing experience ! I will only call auto houndz from now on. These guys are pros considering how many other towing companies are out there. Very professional conduct. They even use their turn signals when they are about to turn!! No surprise dents or scratches when you get your vehicle!! Awesome ??...
The team was very nice over the phone when I called in to let them know that our jeep was stuck in Huntington. Felt like the second I hung up the phone they were there to help. They arrived 20 minutes later. Will definitely use them in time of need again.
