I had a great experience, especially with Sam and Matt!! They were extremely kind, understanding, helpful, and were not pushy at all!! They went above and beyond throughout the entire process and gave me the absolute best experience I could’ve imagined!! They were such genuine people and I can’t thank them enough for all of their kindness!!

I've been stewing over my situation for over 4 months now but finally decided to leave a review. Stay away from this place. Long story short I drove nearly 4 hours to look at two vehicles. The salesman Usama was running around like a chicken with his head cut off helping 20 other people and finally when it was time to get down to the numbers I was brought into another room with a little guy with an attitude. When they ran the numbers on one of the vehicles he comes back with incredibly High interest rate. I have a very good score so I said why is the interest rate so high & he remarked what do you expect you're in Long Island. Which makes no sense. So I decided to test drive the second vehicle which was about the same price. So he calls Usama back in the room and says this one's too expensive for him it's too rich for his blood which was very demeaning. I should have walked away then. After haggling over a couple hundred dollars I decided on the second vehicle but still a higher interest rate than I should have with my score. As we're getting ready to finalize the deal and drive away I noticed a cracked windshield. The salesman says these vehicles are sold as is so I said I'm not leaving this dealership unless you guys pay for this windshield which surely was not like that when I test drove it. So they come back with a paper stating they'll pay for the windshield. So I asked him if I can I get it done closer to where I live instead of driving the 4 hours. Usama said I'll see what I can do. After about a month and a half of calling and emailing Usama I was left with no other choice than to go to his manager Sean. I left Sean three messages to call me back regarding the windshield and never a response. At this point I have given up.

Reynolds was the perfect sales person. He showed knowledge of both the car u was interested in and of the dealership (Empire Chevrolet of Huntington). He was patient with all of the questions that my wife and I peppered him with. He spent a great deal of time with us and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my experience at Empire.

Called after i was let down at another dealership. Sam (the salesman) and shawn (sales manager) were extremely helpful and delivered on everything they promised. Paul in finance went above and beyond and the whole team worked passed closing hours to get me my vehicle. An amazing experience!

I had a great experience buying not one, but two equinox ev’s from Billy Luna. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and at the end of the day we were able to get to the numbers that made sense for my wife and I. The finance woman, I don’t remember her name, was also very nice and didn’t try to hit me with any hidden charges. The manager of the dealership was also very helpful.

Billy was fantastic to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He made the whole car-buying process smooth and stress-free, and I felt confident every step of the way. Highly recommend asking for Billy if you’re looking for great service.

We have to adjust this review today 2.3.26. The mix up in paperwork etc was fixed by MGR Shawn as soon as he could. So all is good and we love the Chevy Trax!! The minute we met salesperson Billy Luna we were met with a big smile, professionalism, honest answers and a great car buying experience. He made the whole process smooth and with no hidden add ons like most dealerships. Paul in finance was a true gentleman and also moved that area of car purchasing along on NY EVE very quickly. When we picked up the car we actually got into a 2026 Trax which Billy and his manager made happen with no additional cost to us. The whole atmosphere here was really top notch, no games. We cannot say enough great things about Billy plus his help with the trade in too. Shout out to Ariana who set our appointment as well.

I had a fantastic experience with the service department this past Friday. The customer service was exceptional, particularly from the receptionist name Wendy , Despite there being no initial appointments available, she went above and beyond by consulting with the manager to fit me into the schedule. Her kindness and helpfulness were so impactful that I made sure to thank her in person. Highly recommended

Honestly, I have been a customer of this Chevy for a few leases now. But I am HIGHLY disappointed with this dealership this time. Please, PLEASE do your homework and stay away. They are car salesmen, yes- but they will feed you a bunch of lies! I am paying a FULL monthly rate for a car that doesn’t have all the features available. Somehow a brand new car suddenly had communication failures and the part had to be removed. The part is on recall- soooooo…. I’m paying a full lease and I can’t use the wi-fi I’m paying for, the GPS on my car, the my Chevy app…. I’m paying for a promise they’re not keeping. Also, watch the story they tell you when they’re selling you an EV!!!!! I’ve made the biggest mistake trusting them with this! This is the LAST lease I get with this company. Trust me- don’t waste your time or money! You’re better off elsewhere.
