Lacy service department is always top notch. A very busy shop but they take care of your car. I have been going there since 2017 with my Subaru and my Mercury. Michael in the express area is great. Brian in the Service department is really amazing. Brian helped me out a few times when I needed a tow he told me who to call. Which was perfect. Brian is awesome. The whole service area is incredible in my experiences. 2026 February I went back this week for an oil change. Michelle and the staff got me out in an hour. That's impressive. I was on a quest for a white Ford Edge ST. Thanks to the power of the internet, while sitting at my home in NH, I found the exact car I was looking for in Catskill, NY. When I made the call into the dealership to inquire on this car, my phone call was answered by a pleasant girl who got me right over to someone in sales. Justyn talked to me about the car, discussed how it would be handled with me being out of state, and from there on out, it was as seamless as a purchase I could have made. I made the drive down to Catskill NY this past weekend, and while Justyn was off that day, he put me in touch with JC. JC was amazing as well. He had all of my paperwork and everything was super organized. Bonus - it was great to hear the New England connections he had as well! Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I am absolutely in love my new car! Buying a car 200 miles away, sight unseen, can be very nerve wracking but the team at RC Lacy are incredibly experienced in this and were all an absolute pleasure to deal with. Barry was amazing and really went above and beyond. I came in not being 100% sure what I wanted and he was patient and helped show me many options and answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. When I finally chose the car he gave me clear step by step instructions of what I would need and what to expect. When I was on the phone with my insurance company asking them for the necessary documents needed for signing they told me that I was lucky to be working with such an amazing sales person because most dealerships don’t give their clients all of the information that he gave me and they could tell he was incredible. My experience with Joshua was excellent. However, my experience is over the phone leading up to that we’re subpar. I called the parts department on three consecutive business days. First time I called. I left a voicemail and Did not hear back. After the first three times going to voicemail at the parts department, I press zero and spoke to somebody who explained to them my situation. They were very sorry to hear that I could not get through to parts. And at that moment, they paged the department they immediately picked up and took care of my question. I ultimately made an appointment and had a very pleasant experience. My review is honest, but sometimes you have to forgive and forget..

Chris & Mike were both exceptional in the service department! They took care of my truck in a timely manner, and when they realized the repair would take a couple of days, they put me in a brand new Subaru loaner to use in the interim. My truck was dropped off for the technicians to re-inspect an alignment they had done a few weeks ago (vehicle was still pulling to the left). Upon driving to the dealership, my truck developed an aggressive vibration. Thinking that it was a safe concern, I had the technicians assess the vibration. They charged me $200.00 to blow snow out of my rims. If that doesn't, in itself, seem ridiculous, the vibration is still present, and the truck pulls to the left. It's really a shame. Lacy used to be one of the more reputable dealers in the area.

From the very start, the experience was welcoming and easy. Juan was my salesman, and he did an outstanding job. I purchased a Ford F-150, and after three months of ownership, I can confidently say the truck has been excellent. I’ve had no issues at all and absolutely love it. I’ve been a customer at Lacy Ford, well over 20 years. I’ve purchased several cars, which were routinely serviced there. This is the first service that was unsatisfactory to me. I had a routine service, 21 point inspection and tire rotation. My car was picked up and delivered back to my home. When I went out the following day, I heard a loud humming, grinding and rumbling noise. I brought it back to Lacy, they looked at it and said I had a bad rear wheel bearing. They claimed not to hear it, I explained a valet brought the car back to my house. He didn’t hear it? That wasn’t picked up in a 21 point inspection? I’m no mechanic and I heard it. I was told, they would follow up and get me a price, and there was no danger driving around like that. Here we are 2 weeks later, and no call back. I took my car to another dealership where that repair was flagged to be taken care of immediately. My car was repaired by them. I guess over time businesses get bigger, and customers aren’t taken care of with a sense of urgency.

First time new car buyer here. Outstanding experience at RC Lacy with Justyn. Never felt pressured, all questions were answered in full with great explanations. I shopped around and found alot of dealers trying to get me what THEY wanted me to buy, not what I walked in the door asking for. I plan on going back for my next car purchase.

After making two purchases from Casey and Sara I can honestly say to the best people I've ever dealt with when buying a vehicle. Very low pressure came in with an idea both times of what I wanted provided me with a plethora of options the first time they had what I wanted there. OK, only a few things: the first picture -two bolts that were found in the driver side rear door holder.. the second is a chip in the windshield that doesn’t look like it was fixed as said it would be… the third is in the passenger rear pocket where an apron was found- just upset a thorough cleaning and interior inspection wasn’t done, had you done a full detail on this prior to selling it to me, you would’ve corrected these things I’m sure.
