Went to Catskill Napa yesterday to pick up a part (headlamp). I ordered the wrong part! Marcos was such a great help to me. He took out the bad part for me as I had no clue! and guys inside made the correction on my order. Then Marcos put the new part in for me! Wow! I can't thank him enough!
I've never been here before, but I was at a friend's house right up the road when I noticed one of my tires was going flat. A friend offered to fix it for me and all he needed was the glue. So I stopped in and the guy there who helped me was very nice. I not only bought the glue I bought a repair kit to keep in my truck for any future tire issues. He was even nice to go in the back to check and see if he had a complete kit including the glue, unfortunately he didn't and that's ok. I'm sorry I don't remember his name. Check it out! I thought it's a nice little Napa store
We were looking for relays and glow plugs for a marine diesel engine and the very helpful staff sourced equivalent parts that worked and they were even in stock in the store.
Tried to have 5 gal of oil delivered to me at marina for my boat . They told me the only deliver to a business
Needless to say I won’t deal with this store
Side note we are traveling by boat up the Hudson , poor service this location
I very rarely go to this particular NAPA auto parts store, the two times I used this store in last 10 years. they gave me the wrong oil filter and they said they didn’t have a part. when I called another NAPA they said they don’t have it there it’s at the Catskill store. The store I was standing in front of while making this call. So I walked in gave the guy at the counter the part number and he felt stupid and gave me the part.
They go above and beyond in keeping my 1977 F250 on the road. They are genuine automotive enthusiasts and the wealth of knowledge all the employees have is very educational. I always leave the store knowing a lot more. It is much appreciated. Phenomenal customer service. My one year old starter just went bad this weekend and they are already taking care of it for me. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. As an amateur mechanic- they motivate me to keep at it and I will continue to build those mechanic skills thanks to their guidance and just general positive mental attitude they have over here at this NAPA. Much respect.

Napa really came through for me today!!! I may not shop anywhere else now!!! I will definitely make this location my first stop from now on!!!! Thank you ever so much for getting me the help I so badly needed fixing my car!!!

I went to buy a bulb for my daytime running light. Told them the make, model and year of my car, bought 2, figuring the other would go soon. Got home to find it was not the correct bulb! Thought they sold me the bulbs to replace my high and low beams so I kept them. Fast forward to today when my low beam blew, cool, I have 2 bulbs to replace it.....or not! Apparently NAPA sold me 2 bulbs that DO NOT FIT MY CAR AT ALL! How is it someone can be so incompetent?! And now I can't return them because it's been about 4 months and I don't have the receipt. NEVER going to a NAPA store again.
Had a repair shop in Catskill,N.Y. install a starter for my '61 Impala in June of last year. Used car three times. Starter went bad from Napa. He told me he had to grind a piece of the starter to get it to fit!! What? Had starter replaced last week. Napa delivered two wrong starters again. Luckily my brother owns a NAPA on L.I. and l got the correct number starter!! My installer wasn't at fault. Napa in Catskill was.
