Usually when I go to this store the girls are always super attentive, friendly, and helpful. Today I go in, say hello to the person the register and ask them how there day is, nothing back. Ask for help with something and I’m told to check the corner. It was very apparent I needed assistance, so to just tell me to go to the corner was Extreamly unhelpful. I had to ask him if there was anyone that was actually willing to help me. Then I got the bare minimum assistance. Any other time this store would have gotten five stars from me.

Well stocked parts store for a small town like Catskill. I've shopped here since they opened and prefer to do online pickup because there is always a online discount. We have a commercial account there and service has been better than most others we've dealt with

The staff that was there today was super helpful and really nice. Best customer service ever. 8/18/24 9:22am. Will always recommend this store over the saugerties store.

Lots of car products. Usually plenty of people behind the counter. Always make you feel like you're bothering them when checking out or asking a question.

Prices are outrageous! Bought a windshield wiper for almost $30 dollars! Went to Walmart and got it for $7 dollars!! Needed a bulb for my car and they gave me the wrong one!! I use to love them....not anymore!!

Kind and courteous service. I bought wiper blades and they even installed them for me as a courtesy. But, each medium priced wiper blade was $23 each which I thought was expensive.

Usually has what I need. Prices are kind of up there, when I can get them cheaper elsewhere. Depending on who's working the staff is courteous otherwise they're busy talking to each other while you wait in line

Every single person that works there has given it their all to keep my 1977 F250 on the road. They go above and beyond with guidance on repairs, supplying parts, etc. I can tell they really appreciate cars and trucks and I am very grateful as a amateur mechanic to have these folks keeping me motivated to keep old iron on the road. Much respect to everyone over there. I'll be a lifelong customer here. I've lost count of how many times I have been there these past two years- always leave very content and with a ton of knowledge I didn't have before.

I've been shopping here for years and buy some of my parts here. These days there are many choices and this is one option. Not a negative, just a reality of the auto parts market. They are helpful and depending on the associate who assists are knowledgeable about parts. I've ordered parts online for store pickup with no issues. Out of stock or not stocked parts can also be ordered in the store also with no issues. An excellent auto parts option for routine needs with moderate prices.

Pretty good store. They try to be as hopeful as they can behind the counter. The only time I don't go there for parts, Is when I have to go to Napa down the street.

Shout out to Kate and Tim I appreciate them. I had to call this location after another one wasn’t able to bring parts. Tim and Kate from commercial and store manager didn’t mean coming the river to bring parts will definitely will be calling them again amazing work guys keep it up!

I had a very positive experience with this Advance Auto Parts. I called beforehand regarding a dead battery, and the person that answered the phone, Tim, was very helpful, he answered a lot of questions that I'm sure he has to answer all the time, and he did it with a lot of patience. The person that installed my battery once we arrived, Joshua, was so friendly and knowledgeable about batteries and corrosion, and he explained what he was doing as he took the old battery out and put the new one in. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of a new battery, or any auto parts, very happy with the service we received. Thank you to Tim and Joshua for their excellent service.

ok so things are changing maybe I stayed away from here for 4 years because everytime I went in it turned into a night mare well this past weekend I was stuck and needed a part well the same old thing happen again I ordered online when I showed up they did not have it in stock a new manager walked out just as I was going to lose it and said give him the better parts from a complete set and call it quits I was shock as I was talking to the sales associated I found out they had cleared out everyone and started from scratch maybe I will be back we will see

The staff is not very knowledgable or friendly. Prices are way to high. 7 bucks for a product you can get at walmart for 3 bucks. Corporate greed at it's best.

Gave me the wrong brake pads. He probably did it on purpose. Because he had a bad attitude right from the Beginning, supposedly I was standing at the wrong register. Well there is no light to tell you which one is open. His bad attitude is why he works a minimum wage job. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go to Napa.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star Mr but I will do that because he eventually answered the phone. I inquired as to what they hours were, he hesitated and said I think 7pm. Asked for him to look up and see if he had a battery for my car. He took a long time explaining how busy he was and told me to call back in half hour. I asked him if he could look it up and call me back when he had a minute. He said you can leave your number but I will probably forget to call you back. I told him to forget it. Worst customer service ever!!!!

TERRIBLE waiting in line for 15 minutes for a lightbulb, finally get to the desk, guy tells me where to find it, cool, not on the rack, guy proceeds to berate me that his computer says they have 3 while muttering insults to the guy who waited in line behind me. Just wanted some customer service. ...guess I'll be frequenting Napa now, especially after I called to complain and it was all my fault that the guy didn't help me. Looks like they lost another customer. Wish I could give zero stars
