I went there to get a fender reattached and one of my headlights fixed. They did everything free of charge, providing their own bulb and clips, and wouldn't even accept my tip. John was really nice and everyone there was friendly. Will definitely be going there again if anything happens to my car.
My Toyota Highlander was hit in an accident. I called Quality Auto. They told me a few days to get her in and a week to fix the damages. Excellent service- was done just as stated!! Fast, friendly, and my baby looks and feels brand new❤️ I could not be happier with my total experience at QualityAuto. Rated 5 stars I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Absolute legends. They have a lifetime customer out of me. Took care of a minor windshield leak on my Cadillac. In and out so quickly on my appointment day and just the kindest folks around. Much respect to John and his crew. They love old cars and do their due diligence to make sure you’re taken care of. I recommend them highly.
Had a car accident with and went to quality auto and met with John boy who was very nice and told me he would order parts and let me know when they come in. After 3 weeks went back to the shop as I never heard back from him and John boy assured me he was very much interested in fixing my car but parts were delayed. It’s been 2 months and still never heard from him. I gave up and am now taking my car to someone else who already after less than a week have the parts (no after market) and am having it fixed next week. Very unprofessional and gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited to no avail
After hitting a deer, I brought my Jeep into Quality. John makes you feel like family. The work is high-quality, done in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair price. You couldn't ask for a more friendly and accommodating business. Absolutely recommended 100 percent!
John goes above and beyond to make the unfortunate necessity for a trip to the body shop a pleasant experience. Supply chain issues made things challenging, but he kept us informed. This was worth it's weight in gold.
Outstanding customer service! I called to see if they could fit me in to replace a headlight housing that I broke on a deer. I had the part already and they were super helpful and friendly. They got me in within a couple days. Other shops said it would take 3 hours, they got the job done in 40 minutes while also repairing a cracked bumper that I didn’t even know was damaged. They charged me a fraction of what other shops wanted for the same repair and did the bumper repair without charge. Everyone there is friendly, they really make you feel welcome and comfortable. I’ll never take my car to another body shop again, they’ve got me for life. Thank you for being great people and doing excellent work!
The only body shop I use. I have been going here for 20 years. The service is great and the people are friendly and informative. They don't try to up sell you what you don't need. They are the best! Very reasonable and I have never had any issues with their work. I'm always pleased to see how well my vehicle looks after being worked on.
This is by far the best body shop in Greene County John will take care of you and save you money anyway he can everything is very transparent and he goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable
They repaired my vehicle to my satisfaction. A very nice job matching the new fender seam with the hood and door seams. The paint match was excellent.....looks brand new...
Dented my truck and didn't know where to go. Called the Chevy dealer in Catskill and they told me that they didn't do bodywork. They recommended Quality Auto Body. I went and met John Sr and John Jr. They assured me that they could fix it like new. They gave me an estimate and they told me what to do and I contacted my insurance company via Internet and filled out a claim. After the adjuster came out and wrote up a quote, I took it to Quality Auto Body and they said they would do the job within the quote and if anything else came out they would work it out with the insurance company. True to their word, they fixed my truck as good as new and I am very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend this Auto body repair shop.
I hit a deer and the front of my car was wrecked. I brought it to quality auto with the recommendation of a friend and they were great about it and the car came out looking better than before.
I was recommended by my dealership to take my vehicle here after hitting a deer and doing some considerable damage. They were very friendly and went out of their way to get the job done right especially when my grill was on back order throughout the country. When I picked up the vehicle they noticed it was a little dirty from the snow so they hand washed it even though I didn't mind as it would be dirty by the time I got home (it was still snowing). After the beautiful job was completed I did have a concern with the replacement headlight housings that appeared scuffed when the lights were on at night. They told me to come in at my earliest convenience, once I did they dropped everything and polished the lights and told me if they were still not 100% they would replace them.
Overall I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.
