My first experience with Toads, I ran into issues with a new plow that came from another dealer. They had the parts in stock I needed and were open during the storm. The owner was extremely helpful over the phone helping out with trouble shooting. He went above and beyond for a customer he didn’t have any history with. I will most certainly be giving any of my future business to them.
We took our plow truck to Toads without an appointment. We had to wait a few minutes and they repaired the electrical problem on the spot. These people are Great and nice people to deal with.
I've gotten 3 stereos installed by Toad's in my cars over the years. One way back in the early 2000's, one back in 2019, and just had one installed yesterday. Always does a great job & everyone I've encountered there is very friendly. Quick & affordable! If you want a stereo installed, go to Toad's!
Toad is an auto electrical genius. Our camper trailor electric quit working as we were camping. Went in looking for tail light coverter module that the mechanic that installed the hitch suggested we buy. Todd questioned, whether we needed that, put our car on the lift right away and checked our vehicle out. Turns out we didnt need the part but needed wiring corrections. He spent close to an hour and only charged us half. We were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation and drive home safely.
My mechanic recommended Todd to fix my busted car stereo.They repaired it in no time, communication was great, they were very reasonably priced, and everyone there is super-friendly. It gets no better than that!
Tractor supply ordered me a hitch.took a month to get.was wrong one.Toads had 1 over night! He not only installed it but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he took it upon himself to also replace my light plug when he saw it wasn't up to par so I was ready to roll with out any issue . thought that was pretty nice very professional don't find that kind of service very often these days.
I purchased a Snowdogg plow for my Jeep Wrangler two years ago. Toad’s did an excellent install at a great price. It’s been working perfectly and I live in Knox. I was recommended to them by a friend. Great recommendations
Not happy with my car starter ...been back twice still doesn't work the way it was represented...recently did some home work found out this system I could have gotten for half the price tried to keep my money local and got burned ..and there were calls made and two trips back still didn't work right had to get programmed somewhere else ...should have shopped around
As always the owner is courteous & professional always goes above & beyond. I've been a repeat customer over thepast ten years. Never had a complaint. Will & have recommended his services 2 anybody looking 4 quality work, job done Wright the first time
Todd was so helpful! my car actually fixed itself in between when I talked to him on the phone and he ordered my part and when I brought the car in but he was so great to talk with the whole time and happy to help even though he didn't end up making any money off me. I will be looking for reasons to bring my cars to him, honest guy who knows his stuff.
