Oh my God the worse representation for a business...the worker is an absolute shame, the entire company has absolutely no dignity. No respect One of the guys stole 250$ from a lady. Then turned around pretending like the money was never there after I watched him pick it up. To top that off the owner then tell me he's sorry. ?And to have the lady call him. When she did he turned around and told her it was me. When worker. Was the one who refused to hand it to anyone but the cops. We had to chase him down. Just to be told By his boss no he wouldn't do that.... HE DID. I SAW HIM and your are now to. Blame. Because police will be involved. Good luck take care and God bless. Thank you for the response. My husband and I were on our way home from PA on 84 when we broke down. We called AAA and brought us to Lauren Automotive. They were very professional and so helpful. We had 5 broken logs on the driver side back tire. Within 2 hours they got it fixed and back on the road to Mass. In our opinion an amazing team and explained what had happened since we had just put new tires on the car less than a month prior. Again thank you so very much for all they did for us.

This is definitely the best towing company in the area. If you want fast reliable service they came out to me quick was able to take my payment right on site no issues and got my car to the dealership. Highly recommended.

Emergency scenes have to be the most upsetting call for anyone to receive, however the important thing for responders going to help is to always travel safely. Today we saw a car flipped over on I-90 in East Greenbush. A flat bed from this company came barreling by us and arrived on scene with the yellow light bar flashing. We all want to help, but please drive safely and get there safely. This vehicle wasn’t going anywhere and emergency personnel were already on scene, so for a flat bed tow truck to be traveling is excess of 10 mph over the posted speed limit is simply not safe. Please use caution for your next call.

If I could give Lausen 10 stars, I would! Jared came to the rescue through the Avis roadside assistance hotline. He was at the pickup site in less than 30 minutes (Avis told me 1.5-2 hours), loaded up the car and drove me to Albany International. He then walked me into the car rental area, went straight to the counter manager and had everything sorted out for me in minutes. Jared had me back on the road within an hour from when I called Avis roadside assistance. I made it just in time for my daughter’s spring concert!!!! Thank you Jared!!!!

They were extremely helpful for a very long-distance tow late at night that started on the shoulder of a highway. Kaine did a great job, and was friendly and conscientious. I'm very thankful for the great service.

My camper hopped off the hitch on the NYS Thruway. I didn't know what to do or how to handle it. The Thruway Authority connected me with Lausen. An incredibly kind man came out in the cold rain, got me hitched up again, and followed me for several miles to make sure it was okay. Professional, helpful, and reasonably priced.

Life360 dispatched one of the guys from here ,name was Joe My husband told me .. thank you to Joe who got there super fast My husband was able to get unstranded with a flat from the farm on Cauterskill Road where he works .thank you!

We called this company waited an hour and a half. They knew the vehicle make,model, year and height; even specifically said they were sending a specific tow Truck to come get a cargo van. Tow truck driver pulled in with a flatbed which my van has been on a flatbed before mind you; and hopped out of the truck told us he couldn't Tow the vehicle; he said it was too big. I Asked why they kept us waiting an hour and a half knowing what vehicle was there and his response was I don't know. Come to find out these guys have just started towing six months ago probably don't have the experience or the drive to work, I know it’s a Saturday and you don’t want to drive 45 miles but that’s part of the job; you don’t leave someone broke down and say I don’t know. So I ended up going to absolute towing, they came with a smaller flat bed and away we went!! Imagine that….. PS Merry Christmas guys excellent service!! NOT!!!! PPS here’s the screenshot of the vehicle height I sent you after we got off the phone after I followed up making sure my insurance company gave you the correct information and you asked how tall my van was. Damn not only are you guys lazy but your Liars as well. And as for being rude; asking your driver why he had us wait a hour and a half for no reason is not being rude it’s being direct and to the point. Sorry I hurt little Timmys feelings. Called the insurance company for roadside assistance, and they sent this company to do a jump to try and get the car started. It was determined that it was possibly an alternator issue, and they agreed to tow it to our mechanic of choice. Very friendly and helpful guys.

Came out very quickly to help me with my Subaru that wouldn't start. At first I thought I would need to get it towed very far and was in the middle of work which of course was very stressful for me. The gentleman that came out was very proactive and immediately thought it was my battery. He helped to jump start my car and even offered to reach out to my insurance company to help me possibly get refunded some money since he didn't end up having to tow me. Such a huge help to me and really went above and beyond. Thank you!

Great great service. Saturday night after a snowstorm. Only ones to take my call. Truck came out in half an hour. Curved driveway made it hard to access. Eli, the driver, figured it out. He used a tree to angle it right. Props for ingenuity.

I was stuck on Windham Mountain in Windham, NY on Christmas Eve 2022 for almost 8 hours thanks to a lost car key on the slopes. The ski resort had closed, all car dealerships were closed, and I didn’t have any way else of getting off the mountain and back home. It was an extremely nerve-wracking time, as the holiday season and weather conditions made getting roadside help very difficult. Mr. Lausen was extremely communicative and professional when he arrived to help me out, and treated me and my car with great care when he got to my location. It was really late, almost midnight, when I finally got picked up, but Mr. Lausen went above and beyond, making sure that my car was carefully towed to the dealership and even went out of his way to drop me back off at home, even thought it was around 2am on Christmas Day (!) when I got there, and he had already been working long hours and would have to do it all over the very next day. I could not be more grateful and highly recommend Lausen Automotive to anyone needing his services. Thank you so much Jerry!!

My teenage son's car broke down over 100 miles from home on Thanksgiving Eve. Lausen's came to the rescue towing my son and his friend 60 miles to her hometown where they could leave the car and both be safe. Driver was there quickly. So very grateful for their help!

Don from Lausen Automotive was awesome. He met me in a very remote location and was able to get me back in the road in a difficult situation. My key fob and physical key would not work. He was able to get into car and reset security system. He had me on my way in minutes. He was very professional and systematic, I could not have been happier.

First rate service. Don, your driver, was on time and professional. He made every effort to get my car started before we had to ultimately tow it to a garage. And when he did prep my car for towing, he was extremely careful: there's a lot more to towing than just hooking the thing up and winching it aboard. Jared runs a business that all business owners should aspire to because of his over the top customer service, genuine care for the customer, honesty, and kindness. My car wouldn’t start in front of a business establishment in a city I didn’t live in. I called multiple towing companies. The first that was available couldn’t come for 2.5 hours. Then, I called Lausen Towing and Jared said he could arrive within the hour and was $100 less than the other company. He showed up earlier than promised and told me that he would try to identify and fix the problem so I could save the money and avoid being towed (19 miles). Jared fixed the problem and then told me he was heading in the same direction to fill up his truck and would follow me most of the way to make sure there was no more issue. He never asked for any money but I gave him a nice amount for his time, honesty, and kindness. He followed me as promised, turned off at the truck stop, and I made it safely home. FYI, he’s also an excellent driver so if you need to get your car towed, it will be in good hands. Thank you Jared for making a tough situation so pleasant! You’re the best!!

Eli towed me locally when I broke down in the middle of the night, and then towed my car home after I had it checked out. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional. He kept me updated on the drive back as well. Would highly recommend Lausen’s and would call them again if I ever need a tow in the Hudson valley area.

I got stuck in mud at a house I just bought. I called the local guy and got the runaround from him. I called Lausens, I was told, we will call you back in 15 minutes and they did to inform me they can get to me within a few hours because they were busy. They got to me in about an hour and towed me. I would recommend Lausens to anyone

My car wouldn't start so I called AAA and they sent Lausen Automotive to tow me to the nearest mechanic shop. Eli from Tausen's arrived super quickly which was a great surprise. Eli helped try to get the car started. He helped us with our gas can and getting gas in the car then towed it to a level spot in the lot to see if that would work. Then he went under the car to test the fuel pump. He then offered to tow us to a gas station first to get gas in case that was the problem before going to the mechanic. Since it wasn't a gas issue, he then towed it to the shop and stayed to make sure we were ok and that the mechanic knew everything. I was blown away by Eli's willingness to go the extra mile and exemplary customer service. He showed genuine concern and made me feel comfortable. It's not too often I come across such a truly invested guy who genuinely wants to help. Thanks Eli!!! Because of you I will always recommend and refer people to Tausen's and I hope they appreciate and acknowledge such a fantastic worker!!! -Justin
