Had an appointment made 2 weeks in advance, call to make sure we're still good "its 9 o clock i took another job" we had agreed to drop the vehicle off around 8 or 9. Dont recommend.
These people hate their jobs and it shows. Definitely don’t rent a uhaul from them if you want an easy experience and to actually be able to pick the uhaul up.
Griffin is usually extremely helpful and what I’m dealing with today is hella out of character for him. Walt however, I’m not shocked in the slightest.
Great Experience! Griffin gave me a tow off the road when I blew a tire. He put on a nice used tire for me at a great price.

Our daughter was visiting, and her car needed a service. Griffin was most helpful keeping us informed during the snowstorm and when the work was completed. Very professional and helpful to us.

Luke's Auto Repair provided us great service. As a AAA repair shop, not only did they provide a jump to get our car going, but had a new one installed in under 1 hour's time. I am very appreciative of their service.
I went there for my brakes. I had a set of brake pads I had purchase myself. I went inside and told the man I needed my pads replaced and the drums if there was anything else to call me.i did tell him that I had purchased pads and he informed me that they didn't use parts that was purchased somewhere else.i said okay I'll just return them.i left the truck overnight and got a ride home. And he also knew that I lived 40 miles away.He called the next day telling me that it was ready.I went there and he told me
Don't bother calling, incredibly rude over the phone, I asked how much it was for the tow and the male copped attitude, said something about flat beds being $1500 a month and hung up
Luke’s came to the rescue our car wouldn’t start after a backpacking trip! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We walked up to their shop without an appointment and they were able to help us within half an hour. Would highly recommend!
Small repair shop. Offers towing, tires, oil changes and other major auto repairs. Great group of guys, I take my car there for everything. Very convenient location, cheap, and well done. Highly recommend.

Uhaul Services HORRIBLE - Returned a truck a day early, was over-charged for an additional day outside of the return contract. Was also charged for a missing furniture item that was never supplied at time of pick-up.
Customer Services HORRIBLE - When called to correct & dispute the charges, was told that he was leaving and couldn't handle the phone call at that time, and that he had to leave, despite it being in the middle of normal business hours. When attempting to call the following day, he complained about not wanting to open the contract on his computer. He continued to interrupt my while I was trying to explain the situation, very clearly could not be bothered with courtesy or manners. After several attempts to explain the situation and continuously getting cut-off, I asked politely to not be interrupted and he began to scream at me over the phone.
Whoever works here needs to learn to do their jobs correctly and not scream at people over the phone.
What. A. Joke.

We ran into a serious and unknown engine issue when visiting the region. They towed the car, diagnosed the issue, and completed the repair, all while we were able to enjoy our vacation as planned.
When it was time to head home, we retrieved the fixed car and were presented a fair bill.
Wish this shop was located closer to home so I could use them for all my automotive needs.
very good the best in town ill travel 45 miles to have my car or truck worked on here owners a straight shooter and dont try to sell you on anything you dont need they do excellent work very very good people
We needed tires in a bind and they helped us out with the one they had, gave us a great deal and changed it for us right in the parking lot. Would very much recommend.
Frustrating experience renting a UHaul here last week - lost our reservation, then gave us a vehicle with a filthy passenger cab (smears and sticky residue on dashboard, cupholders, door handles, etc.). When asked if the vehicle was cleaned between uses, the gentleman at the counter told us it was not required. I expressed concern and asked if it was possible to clean it before we left, and he handed me a container of Clorox wipes. Frustrating during "regular" times, but even more concerning that there was no regard for cleaning procedures during a pandemic. Disappointing as it is hard to find a place to rent a moving vehicle in the area, but I will not use or recommend Luke's after this unfortunate experience.
Thanks Griffin for your prompt and efficient service. I called AAA for service for a unexpected flat tire on my pick-up truck and I was extremely pleased that "Luke's Mobil" was contacted to fix my flat. I certainly appreciate your quick response!
This summer I got flat tire in the general vicinity of Tupper. I went to Luke's and although it was almost closing time, they accommodated me. They only had one tire in the correct size. The brand was "Trail Guide." I asked about the quality since I was planning on replacing the other 3 tires soon and wanted them to be the same, and was assured that it was part of Cooper Tires and a quality tire. They replaced the tire and I was on my way.
Well once I started looking into tires a week or 2 later, I found that Trail Guide is a no-brand Chinese made tire, not at all affiliated with Cooper. So a few weeks after buying this tire, I got rid of it when I bought 4 new Bridgestones for my car. In retrospect it seems the guy who told me this really believed they were owned by Cooper. I don't think he was trying to pull one over on me. But he's the "expert" and should know the facts. I appreciated being able to get a new tire, but didn't enjoy having to replace the new tire a couple of weeks later because I was given incorrect information.
We lost our brakes in the middle of no where and called AAA. Luke's came to our rescue and towed us all the way home. The driver, Gilmore, was great and he made out ride enjoyable.
DO NOT USE !! WE PAID $356 OUT OF POCKET FOR A TOW THEY LOST OUR KEY AND WE HAD TO THEN PAY MORE MONEY OUT OF POCKET FOR A NEW KEY. DRIVER CHANGED THEIR STORY 3 DIFFERENT TIMES!!
