Tried to get rear brake parts for my 2019 Cherokee. They had them in stock, pulled them and I paid for them. They said they had all the specs for parts correct; but they weren’t. They sold me front brake pads. Went in to return and I only received a $25 credit. Everything was in the box and still sealed. So, then, after I was persistent enough and spoke to the right people, I received the correct pads. Awesome! I also bought a new rear rotor for a replacement. Let’s skip to today…it’s the wrong brake rotor. For the same pads I need to use. So, now I have to wait until I’m off of work for a full return. I will not take a $25 credit again. **Update 5/22/2024**. Got all of my money back after calling corporate and filed a claim. But it takes too long for them to get things done. So, I sent to the store again. Told them the issue. The old guy leaning on the counter and not caring at all just yelled out “again?!”. Gave my card to Andrew, the cashier working, he processed it and while I wasn’t looking, threw it at me on the counter. Great representation of how you deal with customers, bud! Be angry, lose money on commission…I don’t care. You all failed twice. I’m done with this location. Bye!

In the middle of this last rain storm my windshield wiper broke I was traveling out of town. I called them they save me the windshield wipers I drove to their location and they were so kind and put the windshield wipers on my car!

Seems like they rarely have anything one would need on the spot in stock. However the staff was helpful.

Im not a mechanic... Far from it! But I've gained so much knowledge from the staff here over the past few months. They are always knowledgeable and freely share/recommend their ideas (which are always on point). Thank you for being so awesome and hiring the select staff that you have!

Cashier's grossly hit on the women customers. Staff shows no understanding of auto supplies etc at all. Let's stand for five ten fifteen minutes why cashier's do nothing!

The Napa that we have here in Tupper Lake inflates their prices so much you're better off going to whatever dealer you need. Then the thing you do need there but need it then, they'll never have the stuff on hand and will have to be ordered. Yes everything will cost high-end prices but certainly average end stock.

Great little shop. I get all my automotive needs here. Wide variety of supplies. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They sell pretty much anything you're gonna need for your vehicle. Only gripe is it's a little expensive, but I shop a lot on Amazon so things appear expensive in comparison. I think with the employee knowledge and Napa guarantees, it makes up for it.
