I needed new batteries in my remote car starter fobs, so I stopped in to Auto Zone. I bought the batteries, and 2 gentlemen installed them in the fobs for me. They were great. I don't think I could have installed them myself. Thank you

Check engine light came on, Dolton came out with a smile and did so. If every employer had a Dolton, no one would ever fail. Autozone, this is an employee you need to train and have him positioned as a store manager and allow him to grow. Give him the fundamentals and some direction, he has the ability to figure it out from there. I hope you take this comment seriously and help hom, help you. Had my battery tested by Ivan. Had OBD reader used by Ivan. Ivan quoted me a new alternator and battery. Very quick and friendly service.

Not a good experience at all. We ordered a trailer hitch for our suv, and was told it would be delivered in a day(arrive the next day).. we waited a day and came back to see if it had come in, and was told it was on a back order,so it wouldn't arrive till noon the next day.. so we waited another day. . Came the next day and was told it wouldn't be there till 3pm(in the afternoon)..so we waited till 3, came back and the worker told my husband the order had been cancelled by the shipper!!! We were told the part wouldn't come for 2 weeks after we re ordered the same part!? What the hell! So my husband asked for a cancellation of the part and a freaking refund! This is absolutely ridiculous and will prevent us from shopping any auto zones in the future!!

This is one of the cleanest and organized stores I've been in. Easy to access, and leave after you're done. Polite and friendly staff, that's will to assist you the best they can.

The worst parts store in Western ny, they don't answer the phone,they sell you the wrong parts,and don't warrenty there tool's

They were super busy when I went in for a battery, but were still quick, friendly, and helpful. I was helped by Jacob. I didn't know what I needed, but he figured it out right away and gave me a bunch of affordable options, letting me choose the one I wanted without pressue to spend more than I needed to. He also carried the part to my car for me and made sure I was good to go. They were Covid-19 compliant and the store was clean.

These people should be working at McDonald's flipping burgers. They no nothing about vechiles. Can't even get the right oil filter or how many gaurts are in the vechile

AutoZone has not let me down yet. If they have it, chances are can get it by the following day. Prices are great and they offer great advice too.
