Cassie was AMAZING! not only was she covering for another store today 35 MINUTES AWAY because the entire store didn’t show up, she changed out my battery in single digit temperatures at NIGHT. she was also so friendly and kind, didn’t make me feel stupid at all for not knowing what things were. Cassie deserves the key to the city and if i had any cash on me she would have gotten all of it. thank you cassie!
Seriously impressed. They were able to code the car so it recognizes the new battery type and resets all the charging parameters correctly — something the VW dealer would’ve charged a hefty fee for.
This is a new service they’re offering, and I was only the second customer they’ve done it for. The tech who helped me — she knew exactly what she was doing, everything worked perfectly afterward.

Had a ton of terrific help from Cassey, who helped me work through an issue with the ignition system piece by piece. She helped me understand what could be causing the codes and how to test it without replacing the entire system.
Been looking for a K&N Air filter for my Buick and haven't had much success in locating one at many other Advanced Auto Parts store along my journeys. By chance was in the area and stopped in to check before heading home from a couple of days vacation.
Was met by Amy at the front counter and she checked the inventory in which they had 1 in stock. To my belief, she was able to find it and the retail price was half off.
To be honest, this find made my whole day and Amy was a pleasure in making this experience.

Marc was super nice ! I had a question about my trucks lug nuts and was confused about the factory and after market tires and he ended up taking time to come out and take off the hub cap to show me some things. very nice and understanding.
Ordered new breakpads than went back for calipers when we put them on one of them would not let us bleed the lines the bleeder was broke now I can't drive my truck until it gets fixed until the weekend. When I called them they said they didn't have anyone they can get a new tomorrow but I can't get back to the shop until the weekend. A brand new part was defective such a disappointment a simple job not so simple a big inconvenience
I walked in, they had everything in stock at a reasonable price. Autozone you have to order the inexpensive parts. I just recently got the truck, I live on a budget, I can't afford expensive stuff, I have to save up for them. My shocks were completely shot, needed to be changed asap. My time is limited, I can't be making multiple trips to an auto parts store. I've always relied on Advanced Auto Parts to have what I need when I need it. Plus the staff are usually more knowledgeable about the products. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts for years of quality service.....
Just got parts for a friends vehicle, strut mounts, oil change, alternator and sway bar end link. I called the night before on most stuff but sway bar end link, was in stock, didn't know till I had to take it off. Everything fit correctly.
It's not even a question I'll never go to any other auto place for parts or service that's customer service! There absolutely unbelievable every person there smiles I'm starting to think they're on something lol I can't say enough about these people just unbelievable if you haven't been there I suggest you go
Needed a battery for my car. The sales help was fantastic and knowledgeable and hooked me up no problem. Carried it out and was refreshingly polite! Highly recommend!!!
Rich and Garrett were very helpful with my warranty on my front wheel barraing I bought from a different advanced auto. They got everything taken care of for us before we even got there.
A mix of old parts store and new chain store . I missed the old Carquest across the street. But most of the staff seem to have come over, they still have way more stock and paint stuff than a standard national chain store. What has been the best mix is that I can get the old level of service and depth of stock at late hours and on weekends. There is one counter guy who stands out, he can't be faulted for his knowledge, but really ought switch over into real estate because his sales technique is a bit on the strong side.
First they didn't have the battery we needed then he declined to help any further because the car had a system difficult to work on. (Chevy) But in their defense, the dealership couldn't help either! Our local mechanic, Brian Goldfus in Otto, NY had us all fixed by 3 pm. the same day!
