I went in a little lost and confused, and when I asked the staff for help, they appeared happy and willing to help. The prices were a bit high, but at the same time, the staff didn't try to over sell me when I asked for whatever was cheapest. They had everything I needed.
Highly recommend this place. My last visit I purchased 3 wipers for my car. The nice man helped install them for me. The girl at the front counter made me feel very welcome. I didn't feel intimidated in an auto parts store because I am a woman. I will continue to go here for all my auto needs.
Stopped in today because I needed a new low beam bulb in my car. I first stopped at the other Parts store across from the Walmart gas station. I recently had carpal tunnel surgery and asked if they could help change the bulb if I bought one and got a grunted “we don’t change bulbs”. I decided to try O’Reilly’s and the young man working (I believe his name is Nate) was more than happy to help. Even though it was 4° out and he struggled a bit, he smiled and was polite and happy the whole time. I had never been to O’Reilly before, but he earned you a repeat customer! Thanks for the excellent customer service!
Edit: 8-22-24. The driveway entrance on Main St has been closed off for weeks now, making access difficult, forcing you to enter through the Burger King property. If this is not resolved soon, my rating will drop to one star and I will cease being a customer here. Original review below.

This is the only auto parts store in Springville that gives a veteran discount. I was loyal to Auto Zone but their store is outdated, they don't always have what I need, their selection is lacking and they are actually more expensive than O'Reilly even before my discount. O'Reilly has earned my business! The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Location is convenient as well.
Counter people are trying but as is typical total hit and miss. But no one so far has been above a c grade. Other national chain in town has some true experts. Still better than the orange guys who take a **** in a box and mark it guaranteed.
Billy and the crew at the Springville NY store went above and beyond customer satisfaction and service by helping my wife and I who are out of town with defective batteries purchased from O'Reilly's not long ago, they stood behind the manufacturer's warrany installed the New batteries and got us back on the road, we even upgraded to O'Reilly Brand batteries This time, they did this with out any kind of hassle! No other parts store wound even deal with us because of it being a diesel truck.

This is the second time I've come to this store with weird issues for my car and it's the second time...in bad weather, that the man behind the counter put his hoodie over his head, walked out the door, and fixed it for a thank you.
I am now buying all my car part needs here!
