Mason is very professional and friendly. He took great care of my car, Lady, as he put her on the tow truck. He towed Lady to the dealership late Friday night and waited until I was safe to leave. I appreciate Mason! While I hope I never need towing service, if I do, I hope Mason would be the one looking out for me.

Aaron saved my day when my serpentine belt shredded on my way home from a 13 hour nursing shift. The operator was transparent in letting me know that the driver would accept cash or credit card and quoted me 220$ 40 minute drive home. Aaron showed up within about half an hour from my initial call. He called me to let me know that he was on his way, and had my car on the flatbed within 5 minutes! Aaron put the extra initiative in place to ensure that my standard transmission car was in gear and had its parking brake engaged before we left for added safety. He is an excellent driver, arrived professionally dressed, and has a great personality which made the entire 40 minute drive comfortable and even had me laughing. The truck was clean, the ride was comfortable and it was clear that Aaron truly cared about his vehicle and work both within the company and community as a firefighter. Employees who truly care are hard to find in any profession and I hope that this young man receives the recognition he truly deserves for the excellent work he is providing. Thank you Aaron and 5 star for getting me home safely.

My insurance company provided them as a towing service after the first company they recommended failed to complete the job. I had Mason in truck #4 who was awesome to work with. Super fast and responsive and the service was handled professionally. An actual human to talk to about how things were being handled every step of the way. Just top notch. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service and honest. The tow guy put his life and soul into trying to get my cars plate off my car. Great company and I will forever put my faith into them. FOR ANYONE USING PEDDLE: peddle is not the company towing your vehicle, it is 5 star that’s doing it. Just because peddle says they’ll be there at a certain time, does not mean that can be done. Be upfront and honest to 5 star towing about that and they’ll work with you to get your car towed. I thought I was frustrated with 5 star but in reality, it puts 5 star in a really weird situation.

They towed my car home last night 5 miles $104 And they messed my entire alignment up now to drive straight, I have to have my steering wheel Cranked to the left to go straight! The way they put it on the truck and tight down the tires I heard a noise when he was cranking on it Excessively cranking on it sounded like something cracked, and now my alignment is shot

These guys are amazing. Moe and his partner were super. I was stuck in the storm at the base of a driveway. They dug out my car and got me on the road and then told me to get in the car and brushed it off for me. Definitely recommend these guys. They made a scary experience so much better, thanks again.

Drive Da Na came to my rescue when I had a flat tire, and I couldn’t be more grateful! He was incredibly polite and went above and beyond to help. He even made sure I was comfortable by asking me to wait in his truck while he got my car on the lift. Excellent service all around – highly recommend!

Amazing service from Christian. He came out and winched out my car that had a tire stuck on a trailer. It was a slightly longer wait, but once he got there, it took him no time. He also had a confident precision in both using his winch and backing up his truck in a tight space. Very friendly and understanding. Absolutely sensed no judgement. Would hire again!!!!
