I can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism of this towing company. I was given a Rental car that so happened to be a Tesla and both gentlemen were so sweet, knowledgeable and quick on their feet. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance. The customer service is AMAZING and the flexibility is even better. Huck went out within an hour and did the service. I work for a large corporation and I called 5 Star Towing to provide a service (very last minute) at one of our retail locations and they were fast, easy to work with and also had photos.

I was involved in a hit and run while visiting Buffalo, NY and 5 Star Towing & Recovery was the third company called by Insurance Company and was the only one willing and able to help. They were there in less than an hour and were able to provide towing to bring my vehicle back to a body shop over a hour and half away.

I love 5 Star Towing and the repair shop. They are always polite and helpful. They explain things to me and answer any questions that I have as a single women it hard to trust anyone with my vehicle but I trust the very much!

Chris came today to winch my car out of snow. He was professional. Courteous. Knowledgeable and made me feel at ease as I was upset about my situation. A fine young man. Thank you for yor great service. He arrived about 10 minutes after placing my call. Very efficient!!! Gonna recommend to everyone

Waited over 5 hours for a tow, they never showed because of a hydraulic line that broke a few days before that they didn't bother fixing... Only company i know of that doesn't have motorcycle straps on all flatbeds!

Today a driver came out to Cuba ny to take my car to the dealer. I had one tow company come and leave because he couldn't do it. Five star towing came and tried to do everything to get my car into neutral but nothing worked so he decided to pull up my driveway with the little to no room he had so he could get it loaded. He did an awesome job ill Definitely give them a call if I need another tow especially if I am stranded in the city. Thank you for the great experience.

I showed up at Five Star not knowing what to expect since I didn’t have an appointment and was on my way to Derby when my tire light went on! Having been stranded several years ago with a flat tire, I did not want that to happen so I got off on the Ridge Rd exit from the skyway and found this station. I was greeted quickly and politely while i explained my fear and my vehicle was taken into the shop immediately. The gentleman filled my tires and I asked if he could go one step further and please make sure that there wasn’t a problem that would leave me stranded. With a smile on his face he understood my concern and continued to check the tire and reassured me that there was no problem. I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes. When I asked what I owed he said no charge. I could not leave without giving him something for his time and asked him to take payment which he reluctantly accepted. I met 2 members of the staff and was very pleased with the kindness they showed.

I was stuck in granddaughter’s driveway, called for roadside assistance and insurance contacted 5 Star Towing and Recovery from Lackawanna .They were quick. The driver Christian, was very, prompt ,friendly and was awesome in getting me out. Thank you, Christian, you were awesome…

Had a estimated wait of 90-120 minutes for a tow and after 120 minutes of waiting they decided to cancel and never showed up.

I went to have my pickup truck towed so I called 5 star towing to have it towed. A guy showed up in a wrecker who a short gremlin dude said he couldn't do it due to me having 37 inche tires and slightly off set rims. So I called just Tow it and they came to the rescue and they pulled up in a wrecker. The guy who was driving it had no issues loading my truck or strapping it down. 5 star should definitely hire more guys who take pride in their job and guys who actually wanna work and help people out in a time of need.

Excellent towing service! Post blizzard our car would not start and battery jumps were not effective. We needed the car removed from the driveway asap to be able to get our other car out. The guys were professional, careful, and courteous. So appreciative of that! I highly recommend! I have already shared their contact information with family and friends for future needs. Thank you!!

I just bought a brand new car & I want to keep it shining like new. So I reached out to 5 Star for a HAND WASH because I will never take another car through a Delta Sonic wash again… IYKYK! I got an appointment the same day and was even able to reschedule for the following day. Great service. He took his time washing my car and got literally every speck of dust off my car. It looks like I just pulled it off the lot again. Cost the same amount as Delta with better results! I’ll be back atleast 1x a week. 10/10 would recommend.

Ran over a nail at some point and needed help with a tire change while I was at work. Michael showed up so fast and had it changed even faster! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

A very dishonest company. Damaged my car during a tow and refused to accept responsibility. They also admitted to dragging the car which damaged the tires. You can see fresh paint chips!

Amazing staff excellent knowledgeable mechanics their always there to help whether you need tow or landscaping but now they do auto fixing and that's my go to spot from now they have a specialist that works on foreign cars and down right honest good people..don't forget the name 5 ⭐️

Harry picked up my service vehicle and was very nice and helpful. He gave me a ride to the shop as well so I can be with my car. He was very professional and kept me informed of how far away he was and was. Definitely left a good impression and would use this company again.

All in all they did a great job. They called a few hours early to confirm the appointment I had made the day before. Driver was courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again!

Very friendly!! I called and they were there really quick and professional. Towed my car to my mechanic's shop pretty far from where it died and the rate was really reasonable! Will definitely keep them on my list if I ever need a tow again, they were awesome!!

Good prices. Every nice people. Very fast. I called to get my car towed and they arrived within like 10 minutes after me calling. I never had to tow a car before so $91 was pretty cheap in my opinion to go 5.5miles. I would use them again if anything were to ever happen.

Ruben was awesome! I do not trust a lot of people touching my 68 Camaro and when she decided to shut off on me today, Ruben and 5 Star towing literally took my car and handled her like she was there own! A+

It was late at night so it took a while for our tow operator to get to us but as is life. Sammy called us multiple times while we were waiting to keep us updated. Once he got to us Sammy went above and beyond and gave us the absolute best tow experience I could have asked for and made sure my son and I had a safe ride home before leaving. 10/10 would recommend!
