I have an excavation and tree spade company. I do all the repairs and maintenance on our equipment. I had a part that was discontinued on a backhoe attachment. Frank was very helpful in my search for parts on an my older caterpillar backhoe. He was super personable and made the time to answer the multiple questions I had, since this is my first "personal use" piece of equipment . I'm from Canada but felt that I was talking to a friend right next door. He was sure to give me his contact information so as to answer any related questions down the road.

Amazing customer service! Everyone I spoke to from the first contact (Olivia, I believe) to Austin (Parts Specialist), were wonderful. Austin was professional and thorough. Although the part I was looking for wasn’t available, he kept me updated during the process, and I appreciated his diligence. I will definitely use ConEquip in the future. Highly recommend!
