Was picking up my vehicle at this location, well, waiting for the Loader to bring my car out. I needed to use a bathroom.. I came to the office and I was told no public bathrooms. I told them I’m not public, I’m your customer!! I was told to go to the gas station across the street to use their bathroom. I walked across the street to the gas station to use the bathroom. The cashier told me to tell Copart office to stop sending customers to the gas station to use the bathrooms.
In my opinion that is very rude! The way I see it. It’s like if I was sitting at a pizza shop eating pizza and then I needed to use the bathroom and the pizza shop told me they don’t have bathrooms for public and to go across the street to Subway to use their bathroom..
Our car was taken here to be looked at after an accident, and while it was there our car was stripped of everything personal, glove box emptied, arm rest empty, back seat everything gone hatch items bagged like it was trash. And car was labeled like they were going to sell it for parts. How awful 😞
Great place for your car to go to if you want things to go missing. I was expecting us owners to be able to go through and clean out my own vehicle. Nope. They go through everything and put it in the back of your trunk. They Go through everything so thoroughly they will even go through your wallets and take out credit cards separately....
I'm missing a snow brush a pack of cigarettes and a decoration of crystals hanging from my blinker gone. They ripped a necklace off the rearview mirror and broke it instead of unclasping it.
I had brand new brake pads in a box that I could have returned to the store and got my money back gone. I understand it's car part, but it technically was not part of that vehicle yet. Brand new in the box.
If your insurance insist on taking your vehicle here demand them take it elsewhere.
Its insane how much nicer, and respectful just the 2 guys that work there are compared to ellwoodcity. The lot was organized, not a bunch of trash laying in the parking lot. But the most important part was attitude, these guys were awesome to deal with.
My vehicle was stored here after an accident where it was totaled. When I came to pick up my plates and personal possessions, I discovered that my $100 battery jump pack had been stolen, as well as my ice scraper (which was actually a really nice one). In the grand scheme of things that isn't an earth shattering amount of money, but it's still very dishonest and troubling to me.
Worst place ever, Can you imagine I needed air for our tire and they said “Company Policy said they can’t give anyone air??? There’s a special place in Hell for those guys #Buffalo NY
2. The cars are covered in snow and they didn’t even try helping they just stand watching us. They even start closing the gate at 4:00pm
Worst customer service. I have waited 45 minutes for the fork loft load the car. Funny that i was the only one at the lot. Then tow truck shows up after me and gets his car. Unbelievable.
This tow company works through Geico to tow cars for their claims. While Geico may have great agents, Copart defeats the purpose. They are unhelpful and disrespectful of your time, making me wait for a tow that never came and call that never arrived causing me to lose work hours. It’s clear that their emergency towing is more important to them than whatever scheduled appointment you may have had and as a customer you don’t matter.
Wait was 40 mins with no other pick up vehicles in the lot. It turned out the person in the office forgot to "refresh," her computer. I'm patient and ok with waiting, but my husband not so much.

damaged numerous of my vehicles and takes zero accountability. i proved them my drivers pictures before loading that prove that the damages where done at their yard and still no accountability! terrible yard and extremely unprofessional!
Boat sat all winter. Wouldn't even turn over. Reported to ladies in office. Nobody cared. I was forced to leave with a junk boat. Only Dan the loader was helpful. I will be calling corporate first thing. Pics were from last year. Engine seized!
