The damage was totally repaired, no problem. But this is what made my wife the absolute happiest - when she got in the car, the interior was spotless and so was the outside of the vehicle. They cleaned it inside and out. I can tell you this much - my wife hates cold weather and she got back out and went into the shop to tell them how happy she was that they left her car cleaner than when she dropped it off!
Best experience during an overwhelming time. From start to finish they kept me aware of the timeline and what to expect. Called with updates along the way, answered any questions and were always friendly. I can understand why they had been recommended to me.
Everything went smoothly. I had damage to my bumper. All work was explained. Got my car back right when they said it would be done Everything looked great! Justin was very professional and amiable. I would use Carstar again if the need arises! ( But hopefully no more damages!)

I unfortunately had to visit this collision shop twice in the past two months due to bad luck, but they took great care of me each time. Made a horrible process a lot easier on me. Even staying a bit later so I could pick up my rental without leaving work early. Not many honest good machines out there and Tom and his team are definitely that. Justin was awesome! He was very helpful and set me up within minutes. He handled everything for me including with the rental car company so all I had to do was sign and hand him my keys. My vehicle came out perfect like it never had damage. The best shop there is in the area!

Each time I received great workmanship and lots of communicating by their office, in particular, Justin. He would contact me every step of the way including when parts arrived, when installed, etc.

My car wound up at this location at the encouragement of an insurance representative that had lots of experience with our local providers. This family-owned location made me feel like I was part of the family! They handled all of the details, from arranging my rental car, to making sure my garage remote made it back to me when I accidentally left it behind. When I picked up my car. The repair was done in a timely fashion, with great communication along the way. The repair is also seamless! You can't even tell there was originally any work to be done. In addition to that, a refreshed interior was a blessing and a challenging season, and an unexpected nice touch!. This Carstar will be my go-to for any future repairs, and referrals!

Everyone here was super friendly, they were timely, let me know every stage of the process and ETA's. Bonus that enterprise picks and drops off rentals. Work was really good, detailled inside and out. My only complaint is the cleaner they used for interior messed up some interior plastics, but it's a older car so to be expected.
