I’ve been using Mike as my auto mechanic for many years. He is very knowledgeable and gets the job done. His office staff is wonderful and uses state of the art software to keep things flowing.

I have taken my car to Mike a few different times. The first time was for a PTU fluid change that the dealer wouldn't do because it was "lifetime" fluid which many burnt up PTU's have proven not to be true. The second time was for a host of things most importantly a handling issue that other shops couldn't diagnose. Mike and I went for a ride and had an answer for me later that day with the work being completed a day later. His communication was excellent and I paid what I expected to pay for a job of that size. Will be going back to Mike.

I brought my 2017 CRV to Mike's per my daughter's recommendation as she works in the automotive service area. I had rear differential fluid and brake fluid changed. Prior to performing the work Mike reviewed my car's history and made suggestions as to what i may want to have done in the future. He also took off all four tires, checked the brakes and told me that there was not a need to replace for approximately another 10k miles. He made notes in his database and told me that he will let me know what needs to be done in future services.

Took the time to quote work using OEM parts with an option for aftermarket. Very knowledgeable. Scheduled and completed work quickly. Great communication.

I have been having issues with a used truck I just purchased. My experience with Mike’s Automotive has been great! Had a shaved oil plug that a was having trouble removing from my ‘66 Benz. Mike took on the job and was able to remove the plug. Not just that but also gave me info on the better tool to use regarding the plugs placement. Mike also found a leaking fuel line that went completely unnoticed due to the discreet damage. He repaired the line and got my car back on the road. This guy takes his time and will share great information to help prevent all other problems. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.

I ended up at Mike's because the mechanic I had been using was not able to accurately diagnose and fix a problem. I remembered I had heard good things about Mike and he knew what the issue was and how to fix just from what I told him. I have been with Mike ever since. He consistenly goes above and beyond to provide top quality service and educate his customers. Couldn't recommend him enough.

I needed a new motor in my 2014 Honda CRV and Mike was highly recommended to me by a family member. I will not be taking my car anywhere else from now on! His work is meticulous and his pricing was so fair. He saved me on labor by making sure he did certain work during the motor swap and made sure I knew exactly what was needed. He even drove my car home after to make sure that it was safe and ready to go. Mike’s office staff was amazing at keeping in touch with me throughout the process. The quote they gave me was easy to understand, and the final invoice was extremely close to the initial quote I was given. I will be telling everyone I know to take their business to Mike’s Automotive. So grateful for all their hard work!
