One of the staff members with very long hair had an attitude. He looks absolutely miserable working there. Please train your staff to smile and greet your customers.
Good location and easy to get to for me. They USUALLY have what Im looking for but there have been times when the app says they have it and no one can seem to find it. Thats not a huge deal especially because that tends to happen at other places. Some workers are good and some couldn’t care less but thats todays society.
First let me say that the staff was great. But, they have a high turnover rate.
I feel bad that they have to try and sell these below standard mixed up rebuilt parts.
There needs to be better quality control with rebuilt parts from Autozone.
Again, the staff was great. The employee was even a little upset at what was in the boxes (brake calipers).
This was after a similar situation at another Autozone location.
I ended up ordering from an online seller, while a few dollars more, they are at least consistent with rebuilt parts.
Gave me the wrong breaks! ? How messed up is that! You take your tires off, your breaks off, only to find out that they gave you the WRONG PARTS!!!! Four out of five guys who are there are 400lbs plus!!!! Every time I went there I found someone there eating. I wish I knew what time lunch is and not go then ?! Good luck getting the parts you need there!
Walked in and the child working there was sitting on the counter sucking on a lollipop. Not kidding. Asked him a question about a serpentine belt for my car and said he couldn't tell me and completely blew me off. Yet he told me he went to school for car mechanics. You can't make this stuff up. Carmel Autozone has extremely helpful associates. I have found that Pawling has the worst staff around. Avoid Pawling Autozone.
Unfortunately, I have to agree with some of the last few comments about the staff being very rude lately. I used to travel to come to this location. Not anymore, will not be returning.... [Added]: sorry AutoZone, you lost me as a customer and I will not be returning.
New staff rude and looks like they really hate what they do. I was was asking politely about a part order and staff had such a bad attitude about it. I told staff about his attitude and manager told me to leave the store He got angry and said “ leave my store “ and I said excuse me and he said again “ leave my store” I am no going again to this store until they change staff …
Jeff at this location was extremely kind and helpful! He even put on my windshield wipers for me after finding the right ones for my car. I’ll definitely be back.
Love the place..The salesman name Mike, he's just simply the best, i am a longtime customer and i've never met such a more helpful patient salesperson like Mike. Thank you Mike for being a caring person, you keep me going to your store, there should be more salesman like you.
Placed an order online for in-store pickup, and in less than 20 minutes got email confirmation that all items were ready for pickup. Super fast, super friendly and helpful salespeople. Will definitely be back again!
Had a defective part and the guys over there worked with me to get new parts under warranty and they made it seamless.
I needed coils for my F150 and the Ford part is $70 I got a complete set of duralast for $210.
They typically have most things in stock.
The people that work there are not qualified to work in that store. I had to order a part , couldn't find it even with the part number and the part in his hand.
How can you have these people work there , when they can't find the part.
I think they should go back to schooling , so the customers don't waste their time and go to a place that is well qualified in their job !
They have people in there who are very willing to help. Is it training or just a good batch of employees? I don't know but their attitude and helpfulness is appreciated.
I love this place! One of my brake lights burned out and I was pulled over by the police. They cops let me off with a warning but I needed to have the light fixed ASAP. I went to the Pawling store to purchase a light hoping that one of my coworkers would install it for me. Not only did I get the light, but the AutoZone employee put it in for me on the spot and for free! I highly recommend AutoZone Pawling. They were super helpful, friendly and I was instantly put at ease.

These guys are always very helpful. Actually, I say guys and one of the female employees is probably one of the most knowledgeable. She does a great job and goes the extra mile.
This place is the best. Never had a problem with anyone in there. Better then advanced auto anyday. Auto zone actually honors their warranties unlike advanced auto
Very helpful staff and well stocked store. I don't really have a whole lot to say. I bought wiper blades, they offered to help me install them but I'm a grown up so I didn't accept. But they were all very friendly and I'll be back.
Service here was exemplary. Everyone in the store was friendly funny and willing to help out. They took the time to make sure that we had the correct parts we needed and even helped us install a battery in the extreme cold.
I will definately go out of my way to visit this auto zone.
Don't feel welcomed when I go into this place. Had the same employee always hawking over me the two times I went there, watching every move and was accused of stealing from my first visit there (which I did not). Disappointed.
I have to write this! Another Wonderful Visit. I'm very glad the same gentleman was there to help with my mothers car. Her car wouldn't start
and they came out to check it because I remember our last visit on what they can do. The first person tried and couldn't do it but he ran out and changed her battery for free and her car started!
I feel comfortable , knowing there is someone to help her if she has
any other problems.

Nicest manager and Great Prices. The employees are also very nice and know what there talking about and actually understand what you're talking about. Much better experience here than Advance Auto Parts which is right around the corner.
Good selection of supplies for car care and maintenance. Prices are on par with other auto parts store in the area although they do offer a rewards program. You get store credit for every 20 dollars spent. You must have the card in your possession in order to redeem. Staff is scarce which is why they didn't get a 5th star but I'm chalking out up to the learning curve. I'm sure this will self correct as time goes on. Excellent selection of waxed and washes to keep your ride pimped.
