Went in on Friday for a broken wiper. Mind you it was RAINING and he was extremely helpful and even came out and replaced it for us. Meant so much to us.

The NAPA is LaFayette is a very small older store with a limited storefront, but a decent selection behind the counter. Good helpful people, and I am glad to have them nearby!

Had a breakdown in our company truck and they were able to get me back on the road. Thanks!

Fast and friendly, they go out of their way to help.

Have gotten parts here for brakes on several occasions. EVERY time they have given me the wrong parts and I’d have to put my vehicle back together and return the parts. This last time I wasn’t able to put my vehicle back together and drive down and get the correct parts due to various reasons. So I called. They confirmed the rotors I was given were for the front and not the rears I asked for. Look, everyone makes mistakes. But not everyone is able own up to them and rise up to the occasion to provide fantastic customer service. NAPA in Lafayette is completely incapable of this. The owner gave me a “too bad” attitude and wouldn’t do anything in the least to help me in my stranded situation due to THEIR error. Don’t waste your time going here. I will not be returning.
