Sidney Auto Body is super honest and super hardworking. I typically go to Binghamton for car stuff but decided to stay local. And what a pleasure! It was a quick quote and done exactly as scheduled. They easily communicated with me and the insurance company for claims. My agent and the adjuster even pointed out to me how professional they were. I would highly recommend!

Stopped in Oct.14 for a repair estimate. Very courteous gentleman looked over the damage. Made a photocopy of my reg to be sure to order the correct part. This was to be a cash repair job. No insurance company involved. Got a call within the hour to clear up a question they had. OK. It is now the evening of October 20th. No call. No anything. Crickets. Just crickets. I am not going to chase after a service provider who shows no interest in living up to their advertisements in the local paper.
