Took my truck there for transmission issues. They told me over the phone it could be the clutchs in the transmission. So i toook to them they test drove it and i called them. They tell me it is hard shifting and they did a fuild change on it. Told me to drive it 1,000 miles if it the problem is still there they would have to tear the transmission down. Hard shifting in a transmission with 46,000 miles on it is normal? They never found the problem and the truck still does the hard shifting and grinds sometimes.
Took my vehicle to two other garages got charged for multiple things that didn't fix the original problem. Brought it to Rogers, finally got it fixed and at a great price. They will be getting my business moving forward !!!!
Roger knows his cars. Can work on just about anything. Very helpful to me when I needed work done on a foreign car. Recommend his shop. Fair and honest.
Good work but couldn't get the used transmission we wanted got us one with more miles and never went down in price disappointed in that. Feels like they stuck it to us.
