I needed my car towed, and they sent a truck out with a 30 minute eta. I called at 30 mins, because I was sitting in the car the entire time. Never saw a truck. The driver said he was on his way. 30 mintues later I called back and he said he showed up and couldn't find me so he left. Never called me. Never saw a tow truck. They just did me dirty.
We had our vechial breakdown unexpected. The last thing you think about is needing a tow truck. I was so impressed at how fast and respectful we were treated. We didn't have to wait very long at all maybe 20 mins tops. And then because we were planning on junkies the vechial he offered to buy it on the spot.
I really am happy we called. I will totally call here again for any towing needs.
I needed a Vehicle towed, from Rte 474 near Blockville. I called multiple "24 hour" Wrecker Services in the Jamestown/Lakewood NY area. Majority never answered their phones and I left messages when able.
Bailey's Towing is the ONLY response that I received. He was punctual to when he could get to me and he was extremely professional, pleasant, efficient, courteous.
I highly recommend this Service.
