Charged 388.80 for a tow 3.6 miles! Was told no check or card, cash only. We had our insurance tow truck on the way. Who usually has that much cash? He just loaded the vehicle up quickly, kept the keys till all cash was given. Then said if you donr have the cash it was going to thier lot and charged daily till paid. Sounds like a bunch of crap!!!
Very hardworking and respectful, was able to retrieve my property easily after my vehicle was totalled and owner was there quickly after calling and was so kind to remove the plates for me. Note that they have no business sign for their property. If you're going there by GPS you may pass it easily since it's a smaller lot w/ a building and a house across the road. It's on the left heading toward Busti.
I've used Williams several times. Always professional and takes good care of your vehicles. The last time they towed for me it was a 2 (or more) hour tow and he even called me afterward to let me know the vehicle arrived at its destination OK. Highly recommended!

Unacceptable experience using this provider via AAA. Did not ask if the customer was okay, nor even attempt to look at the vehicle. Simply said he was not taking his expensive (even named the price!) truck to where the vehicle was off the road.
I understand not being able to get the flat bed to where the vehicle is. I truly do, I likely wouldn't try it if I had a tow rig. To brag about the cost of the vehicle? Unacceptable. To not even inquire about the customer and ensure they are safe? Unacceptable.
I just had surgery and my husband ran out of gas when he arrived to work. Just a click away they promptly showed up and provided him with the gas even without him present, they called me to verify the vehicle and did us a great service. Thank you for all you do. A++++
