First choice. Auto repair was very easy to deal with. I needed a new battery for my vehicle and because of some recent health issues. I asked the owner if he could come to my residence to replace my battery. Without hesitation, he was able to accommodate me within a day. First class service from a local company is a rare commodity in this world we live in. Thanks for your assistance. You have a customer for life.

Took my dodge ram for the first time in 1st Choice Auto Repair. Told Matt and Scott my problem with my truck and they fixed it in a short period of time. They did everything I asked them to do. Diagnosed back window problem on my BMW. Kept me informed and set up appointment for when the parts come in. Excellent customer service because they could of done something that would of cost me $1600 instead of the $200 at the dealership it cost. So thankful for that. Will continue to go there and refer others there as well. Five stars but if I could rate higher I would. My 2011 BMW 328i definitely wouldn’t be running if not for the guys down there at 1st choice. My starter went bad at the end of the day Wednesday 7/23. I had it back on 7/24 by 3:30pm. As always I wouldn’t take my car anyplace else. The price comparison to other places is hands down the best around. If you want your car fixed and fixed correctly at a fraction of the cost of the dealership or other garages… take your car to 1st Choice. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Brought my Kia Forte in for a transmission drain and fill and brakes. These guys are fast, friendly and fair. Had me in and out in a little over 2 hours. I will be bringing my vehicle here again whenever it needs work.

The technician didn't know that Subarus require full synthetic oil, and put regular oil in. While it was great that they put a note in my file for future service, I was disappointed that they said it would be fine and just come back in 3k. Blending regular with synthetic oil could damage the engine and void the warranty, and I don't want to take that risk as the car owner. In the future, you should ask the owner which type of oil they want when there is an option. That's just good customer service. Edit: Wow, that is a rude response. Even if some of my assumptions are wrong, that's a poor way to respond to a customer. In the end, I went to another repair shop that same day and had them put the correct oil in and will never go back to this place just based on their response here. That's too bad, because I wanted to support a small local business.

I’ve trusted Matt and his staff with my vehicle needs for the better part of 15 years. They are always thorough, communicate well, and value you as a customer. I won’t go anywhere else.

The team here is very professional and accommodating. Matt and Scott both took some time out of their busy schedule to run diagnostics on my check engine light and then to find why my transmission fluid was leaking from. Being that I am a student, they worked with me to fit an appointment that was both timely and convenient for both parties. I do not know much about cars, but I know that this job is not just a "1,2,3" task. However, they worked efficiently and my visit was only an hour! I cannot explain how valuable their service is to me, I would most definitely recommend their services to anyone who asks. I also appreciated how patient they were with my lack of knowledge. They answered my entire list of questions so that I am better prepared to have the car serviced. The pricing for my visit was more than competitive, I am very grateful to have visited 1st choice auto. It was such a relief to find a trustworthy and transparent auto repair shop!

Took my rig in to get the tires rotated,. First time there....... It was a bit of a weird experience,..... I was hoping the mechanic would communicate, Even briefly about what I needed,... That didn't happen,...... Not sure if I will be Returning.

I love the lady at the front desk. She’s always professional get you in and out and the guys are great at communicating. As well as working in a timely manner . Literally only place that I take my Kia🙃 keep up the good work guys.

I dropped my vehicle off here to have the radiator worked on. There was nothing else wrong with it. Three hours after I dropped it off, I was told it was ready and when I got to the shop my vehicle had no power steering, so it had to stay at the shop to be fixed. I paid for two Ubers only to find out that my vehicle was not drivable and they never told me. Power steering systems almost never break suddenly which means it was almost certainly broken at THIS shop and they let me come down to pick up my vehicle, knowing I wouldn't be able to leave with it. I have never experienced worse and more dishonest customer service. When I accused them of breaking my power steering I was told to leave without paying for the work, which leads me to believe I was right.

I went for a brake problem as it was the closet to me in my area. They told me I needed a whole new break and oil system that it would cost me a grand. Thank god my father is a mechanic and I know some of my stuff. We had it towed to our usual shop. With the tow, and the problem (Which was just a blown brake line nothing more) Cost me less then if I believed this shop and not by a small amount. FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. I would never recommend.

I brought my van in to be checked out, my check engine light was blinking. By the time they checked it out and cleaned a part my van runs better than before and the check engine light is not blinking. They let me know what was wrong and I am waiting to get it fixed. Thank you to the staff at 1st choice auto repair.

I was travelling in the area, several hours from home on a Friday evening, when my vehicle had a major mechanical issue. I looked online for a repair shop with good reviews that was open on a Saturday and came across 1st Choice, and I'm very glad I chose them. I had the car towed there the next day, and they said they were busy, but would see what they could do. Despite a scheduled closing time of 1PM on Saturdays, Scott kept at it for an hour past that, getting my car back on the road, enabling me to finish my travels without having to wait for them to re-open on the following Monday. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience, as well as thanks!

After shopping around for a reputable shop, I came across 1st Choice Auto. They were highly rated across various websites, so I made an appointment online for my Lexus and upon getting my car serviced and diagnosed for a check engine light, I see why they were rated highly. They were professional, courteous and pricing was fair. Did not attempt to upsell me on repairs I did not need. They stand behind their work and will help you however they can. I have been to this shop a few times since and have left happy each time. The ONLY issue I'd note is not putting a paper floor mat down so there isn't dirt left all over my floor mat. All in all, it has been a good experience and I will continue to use this trustworthy shop down the road. Thank you 1st Choice!

They were friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and walked me through the process for replacement of my alternator. They gave me a great price, I was being strong-armed by a local big dealership for an absurd price, but 1st choice was competitive and affordable. They fixed it so quickly so I wasn't stuck without my car. I highly recommend them.

I’ve taken my car here a couple times. They are always a pleasure to work with. They are quick honest and fair. They have never talked down to me because I don’t know cars and have never over changed me because of it. The last repair I had done usually requires an alignment and they said they checked and my car was good to go without it. Saved me $$. My car is driving like new.
