Called to replace my lock when he told me it was 140 for the lock and 95 to install he then told me he has to put a little bigger lock after every he told me the lock alone was $395 which seem impossible and a rip off I would never use them again and this was even my first time using a lock smith.
This company is full of crap. My mom just emailed this company to get an estimate and set up an appointment to have a lock installed. We never heard the phone ringing, but saw a missed call notification. We called back and the man who answered stayed silent for a minute. Then answered. We explained the reason for our call and he said, “We don’t have an email”, then rudely motioned to end the call. I responded, “How did your company get my number? Especially, since you’re a locksmith company and I just emailed your company an hour ago”. The man responded, “It was a probably a wrong number.” Why offer services but get scared when a simple phone call comes through?
Ben was great! He was friendly and took his time to make sure everything worked properly before payment was made. I was so appreciative and pleased with his service.
Overall very good. The key fob still needs completion as has been discussed with technician.
The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful.

AMAZING LATE NIGHT APARTMENT LOCK OUT SERVICE! absolutely amazing - were there in 5-7 mins after a short 4am call to them and had me able to get my keys I locked inside within 10-15 mins. Tech was really wonderful in he could tell I was freaked out and anxious as I’ve never blocked myself out ever and it’s been one of my worst fears to ever happen especially late night like that and he was wonderful in calming me down by talking me through what he was going to try first but the possibilities if that didn’t work and options from there and was transparent on pricing and everything. He was also just a genuinely nice and awesome person to talk to especially in that situation. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and was able to calm me down and get the job done so quickly I was shocked. Highly recommend for late night lock out issues in Brooklyn!
Edit: someone below mentioned not being provided a receipt. I was provided a receipt from my tech and talked through the pricing since it could change depending on what worked or didn’t work on unlocking the door etc and the whole time was wonderful on keeping me updated and aware of what was going on both the actual lock situation and price of things if it anything changed which I was lucky and actually it went down because one of the doors I was finally able to get inside since someone entered/exited as I really was trying to not buzz the building apartment by apartment at 4am to let me in because I wouldn’t let someone in or answer if I got that buzz - it’s obnoxious lol and had someone who had my spare key who lived in my building but just moved out not even 2 weeks ago… so hadn’t had time to even find a new person to trust with that. Meaning it was now only 1 lock to get through (my apartment door) vs 2 locks (front door and my apartment.) It might come down to the tech you get and I’m unsure if the person who said they didn’t receive a receipt specifically asked for one but always asking for one if you don’t receive one is usually the way to go… I was lucky and didn’t have to ask for mine as he provided it and talked through the charges and things with me explaining them to make sure it made sense to me and didn’t even ask him too…

Locksmith Services sold and programmed a new key fob for my jeep at my location for about half the price that a car dealer would charge, thanks to Leo who did the job, he was friendly, professional and quick! Happy with the Service. Would recommend them.
I was appreciative that I was able to get back into my home without damage. The only drawback is that you do not give your patrons an estimated amount, so that your customers have the option to choose. Another thing, is that you do not give out receipts! That is a good for your customers to not have receipts after completing a job.
The technician was polite and very helpful, but the price was too much for a 5 minute service.

Kind of over priced to change a lock..

To change a lock depending what it is is about $270-$300-$500. Could of gone to hardware store and gotten the lock for more than $30 and had someone I knew do it instead but too late. Now i know to not go for them..
I lost my car keys. The locksmith came and picked the lock and made a copy of the new key all within 10-20 minutes for the lowest price in the area. Other places were charging me 100 dollars more and said it would’ve taken a couple hours to finish my car. Definitely calling this guy in an emergency

I called around 9 in the morning and my new lock was installed before noon! Eric did a great job! Professional, on time, communication skills were excellent. And the operator Kim was wonderful.
Omg absolutely amazing guy Sean!! he came out to my home in less than 20 mins. He was quick and knew exactly what to do. Very polite I recommend them and will always use them if I ever need a lock smith.
They were amazing. I needed my patio door lock repaired. The technician called me within 10 minutes of me contacting them. He arrived 15 minutes later and my lock is fixed! He was a very polite, nice man. I would definitely recommend!
