Shorty literally saved my life today! My car faulted in the middle of Queensboro Bridge, and cars were flying by recklessly. Shorty got my car hitched quickly and towed it to a shop that refused to take it (Herra on Vernon Blvd. in Queens). Instead of dropping it there and leaving me on my own, he stayed with me until my I strange company located a shop nearby that would take my car. He towed it there and stayed until the shop officially took possession of it. Shorty truly went above and beyond for me today, and I cannot be any more grateful.
Hands down great customer service. I had a small concern and they were able to accommodate me with ease. While also bringing my vehicle safely to its destination without incident.

AMAZING, REALIABLE & FAST! I have requested tow trucks services in the past from other companies and had to wait for hours without having any updates on their arrival. I had tows even cancel on me. Beastmode provided me an exact ETA and actually arrived on time. The whole experience was fast, the wait about an hour. Communication with the company was 100%. I was so stressed and the phone representative and the driver Gabriel were truly the best!!! Thank you guys so much
I made like 10+ calls before finally getting this awesome company. They were by far the fastest. They estimated 35 mins but ended up getting to me in 15. Unbelievable! Yendy was great packing up my bike. He was polite and knew what he was doing. Very professional.

Imagine my husband's surprise when his still new BMW (less than 6 months old) didn't start one morning. All dressed up (for work) and nary a place to go, because his little baby flat out refused to start. Taking the day off wasn't an option, and being late would cause a backflow of patients, so off he went to work in a Lyft. On his commute he organized a seamless tow with BeastMode Towing & Automotive. Felix was TOP-TIER: professional, friendly, thorough, and funny to boot. In less than 5 minutes after he'd arrived, Felix had lovingly lifted my husband's SUV onto the truck, gave me the plan, and off he went.
I'm not one to downplay anyone else's review, but I'm surprised by some of the reviews I'm seeing on this here internet, because our experience thus far has been truly five-star. BeastMode? Yup. I'd say so.
Really happy with the experience. They picked up my call right away, quoted a very reasonable rate for a long-haul tow, and the driver was there within an hour. Both dispatch, Jasmin, and the driver, Felix, were super friendly and professional. I'd 100% recommend.
Needing a tow is pure stress. I was gearing up for a rough day until Felix showed up with a smile on his face which exuded confidence and expertise. He totally knows what he is doing, handled my car beautifully. He made my day! He is very knowledgeable about car mechanics and instantly discovered that my car didn’t have any huge problems, it was something much simpler. I recently had the pleasure of working with Felix, my tow truck driver, after my car was sideswiped and I must commend his exceptional service. He called ahead of his arrival, allowing me ample time to prepare without feeling rushed. Felix patiently waited while I gathered my belongings and provided a detailed update during the drop-off process, including photos to confirm the safe delivery of my vehicle to the tow yard. I highly recommend requesting him specifically for your towing needs.
I feel compelled to highlight my experience with another driver from the same company just a day prior. Unfortunately, he arrived to pick up the car but I wasn’t aware that he needed the key to be present upon pick up. His communication with me was less than professional, expressing frustration over the situation. While I understand that everyone can have off days, it underscores the importance of maintaining excellent customer service, as you never know who you’re speaking to on the other end of the line.
I have to say that today was a very nice day and it was made even better to deal with this company and the diligence of the driver Felix and his ability to get to me in the timely fashion that he did. He was courteous. He was nice and I really enjoyed the fact that he knew what he was doing.

I am a vehicle transporter and I lost the keys for two new Mercedes sprinter. I was help by a gentleman name Felix he came and took the vehicles off my trailer with no issues. Lantigua was fantastic, he arrived early to pick up the vehicle and was able to navigate thru the very complicated garage structure . Not only was he able to get to the vehicle in a parking lot that had a 6’8” clearance but he did it quickly and efficiently and was incredibly careful getting out of the garage. Beastmode is the only tow company I would use!
Vanessa came to the rescue when our alternator went out. She was so gracious towards our small children, taking time to answer their questions and even letting them “help”. Also appreciated her professionalism.

Felix was the best! He took great care in loading my SMART Fortwo out of my driveway to go directly to Mercedes Of Manhattan to get a software update ! As small as this car is, I think it was his hardest job of the day - needed jumped to get into neutral, his tow truck wouldn't fit in my narrow driveway so he had to use the winch pulley thing to load it and then navigate around multiple cars parked in the street.! He is definitely an expert and had manners like a southerner. Made my horrible Monday much better! Thanks Felix !!
