  If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner, Tony, is extremely rude for no reason. He singled out my car for being double parked—just like everyone else’s—then refused to take my bottles. To make things worse, he took a photo of my license plate and claimed I’d be getting a ticket in the mail. This guy was harassing me while I was simply trying to look up my next location. He made an already frustrating situation worse for no valid reason. If you want to give him your money, that’s your choice—but I definitely won’t. Take your business elsewhere.

  I like that you don’t have to stand there and put each bottle in. It goes down the belt and then you get your ticket. Parking is horrible. They don’t take certain cans even if it says NY and if you make $10.20 for example, you won’t get your $.20 which is annoying and adds up over time.

  Very rude employee. I had cans in a bag that I was waiting to recycle. By the time I went to the employee who was recycling the cans, she switched to plastic bottles. I asked her when is she going to do the cans, and she used her hand to shoo me away as if I am some type of animal.

  I usually give bags of bottles away and a friend referred me to this place. It's true, the place is well-organized and no funky smells. It's quick, in and out! You have to double park but I have never had an issue. This is the place to go. The workers are very cool. I haven't seen an angry, ill-mannered person there yet.

  My first time here and I got to tell you I’m super impressed for a place to be very neat, clean organize and friendly staff in the Bronx. I’m really blown away. I recommend this place to anybody who has bottles to recycle. It is fast easy and very friendly.

  I love coming to this place to exchange my bottles cans and Plastics they have four machines the people help you you have to count your glass bottles and your 32 liter everything else the machine will count it for you I give this place a two thumbs up

  A very easy process to drop off cans bottles and anything else. You're not even in there 5 minutes. Unless there is a long line to give the bag a bottles and/or bag of cans to the person to push through the counter. I find it a heck of a lot easier. And going to the store at about a bottle of redemption machine waiting on the line and then waiting on a line to get the money 20 minutes..

  Best recycling place ever!!! Parking is an issue but you can double park or have someone come with you to stay in the car and drop bottle. They give instant cast $0.05 per bottle !!! Inside is organized and people are nice !!!

  Loved it returned 11 bags of bottles in abt 20mins. It would have taken at least an hr at my neighborhood supermarket, and thats without a line. I reccomend you presort your plastic, aluminum and glass at home the night before. 35 bucks in 20mins was awesome.

  Process was fairly easy. I had 3 large bags with bottle and cans to redeem. I walked to the back of the room and was immediately greeted by the worker who took my bags and placed the bottles in the counting machine. I then collected my receipts and cashed them with the cashier. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The process is so much easier than using the machines at the supermarket, which often reject some bottles. The only downside is the difficulty finding parking at this location.

  If you are looking for a place where all you have to do is bag your bottles and have a machine count them I highly recommend Redemption Bottle Return. It doesn't hurt that the staff is very helpful especially towards the rookie Bottle collectors.

  Do yourself a favor and save some time by not using the grinder machines found in the local grocery stores! Save a couple of bags of plastics, cans, and glass bottles and make one trip to this spot!

  When I found this place, I come here all the time to turn in my glass, plastic and cans. I started to save my items. The process is easy, make sure they are separated before you get there and know how many you have. They have a counter but it's good to know just in case. The place gets crowded but not to bad. The workers move as fast as the machines. There is no parking. Its next to the new haven highway. So there is no parking, everyone is double parked, be careful when pulling in and out.

  Great service, quick, fast and easy. It beats going to a bottle machine any day. It saved me a lot of time. What would have taken 3.5 hours at a machine took only 35 minutes. This is now the only place I go to cash in my bottles and cans. Also, there is no parking so I usually double park. Please make sure to sort out your plastic bottles, cans, and glass bottles beforehand. Also, their counting machine is working.

  Fast staff be prepared with separation and count, their hours are incorrect, I stopped by at 3:05 on a Saturday and they were closed. Also neighbor says they aren’t open on sundays but online it says they are.

  awesome staff fast pace Keep in mind no parking with that not being their fault and they were super helpful still 5 stars. I just double parked the car for 10 min and was on my way what would have been 3 hours at a tamara machine that always jams, fills up and you wait forever on those machines
