u have to have a best skill like a pro to backup here for delivery sleeper truck woth 53ft if u have 1% problem to backing up dont come best time to come after 1 am they close at 2am and all cars gone i parked inside and on the dock enters and they wake me up in morning nice people have a restroom coffee truck come here 7-8 am soo thats it ..

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!. BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR OVER 20 MIN AND NOBODY IS PICKING UP THE PHONE!!!!. I TRIED OVER AND OVER AGAIN WITH MY SHOP PHONE LINES #1 & #2 AND MY CELLPHONE AND NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE. DIAL 1 TO ORDER PARTS... NOBODY PICK UP. DIAL 2 FOR DISPATCH NOBODY PICKS UP. DIAL 5 FOR OFFICE NOBODY PICK UP. THIS IS TEDDYS PLACE AUTO REPAIR AND IM HERE TO SAY THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!
Rock Auto uses this store as a warehouse in NY. My MAF was supposed to ship from here - instead the store slept on the shipping label for over a week without actually sending it, and now RA has to eat the cost of a replacement being shipped to Canada.
This is a store issue. Not a RA issue.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to turn this place into a warehouse clearly has no understanding of logistics. This facility is a nightmare for tractor trailers—no matter how skilled you are, it’s not built for proper access. Carriers should be ashamed for sending drivers here, and the facility itself is a masterclass in chaos. Between the nonstop traffic, pallets scattered everywhere, and containers blocking every path, this place is a complete disaster. Avoid this location at all costs—it’s a joke, and not a funny one.

Trucks with 53 feet trl. Pls don’t come here. Its nightmare specially if you coming day time. You have to back blind side all the way from street to dock. Lots of chances you gonna hit an idiot in the car .
If you’re good in backing from the street to all the way inside the building then go there. So many cars coming through the building and vans parked on your way when you’re back in the building. But people at receiving are good
Drive a 53 with sleeper and saw other reviews so got here around 4am so I wouldn’t hit any traffic the backing from the street is a bit tough, park over to the right side once you back in they won’t allow you to back all the way in. Check in opens at 7am the take your number then call you when they are ready for you. I would say make sure you open your doors before backing in due to all the other vehicles and huge mess there is there is not much room to do so once you are in the building. People driving by or trying to get around you even once under the building and they will honk they don’t care at all. Staff was very polite and quick. Once it hits 7 all the workers start walking by or they will stand next to your truck to smoke and not cigarettes so make sure windows are up so your truck dosent get all stinky lol. It is a tough spot to get into I will say but if you get there before 7 and before NY traffic hits you will be fine.
I got a sleeper and 53’ trailer and I go here regularly. The trick is to arrive here late (After 11-12 at night) so there’s minimal car traffic. Upon reaching the location, either blind back or make a U-turn and back (if no cars parked on the sides). The dock is all the way back (About 1000ft) and you gotta back up the whole way. The shipper is nice and very quick. And you gotta leave as soon as you are done. There’s no space to park.

This place is horrible for 53' trailer, just go there when you have NY experience otherwise it will be a nightmare for you. For the advice, go there at night so that you can do blind spot backup coz the Yankees won't give you time and space to backup during daytime. The staff are very friendly and efficient EZ in and out.
1 Star for Location. If you have a 53' don't come here. Only if you like to get yelled at and get called names. No way to back in the door .Driver still try to pass you while you back up. Accidents will happen if you are not careful.

Single handle the rudest and worst place for parts if they even pick up the phone and if you have to order anything from them they will most likely lose your order
Ladies totally ignored me while flirting with the men in the place.
Order was placed and they looking at each other like no one knows what I'm talking about. Totally unprofessional, And if you dont speake spanish forget about it because the ladies that work in the front speak no english. I guess thats why they didnt know what i was talking about .Do yourself a favor.. Go to mount Vernon location.
I delivered batteries here in a 53'er. No mention that you have to back in from Bronxdale. Ended up having to back out pretty blind into traffic to get the truck turned around. Then blindside back in, of course traffic is constantly trying to get by and 100s of people will honk so you dont really know if your about to hit a car because the honks become meaningless. Somehow I didn't have an accident or an aneurysm but it was more due to luck and going snail placed. Of course the locals weren't to happy about me tying up traffic but what's the alternative?
I cannot write a review on this place as I have not personally patronized this establishment. I only work in the area. From my observation; it seems to be doing well.
If you drive semi with 53foot trailer, you better not come here , 0.4 mile back up with hard turn . And will not help you. I asked for help from facility to stop traffic. He said Sir sorry wee don’t help? What? 90% chance to get accidents! Thanks
I own a shop in LI placed an order for pick up drove 1hr and got there 15 mins before closing and the guy said we never got the order and i cant do anything for u. Even though he could have placed an order and went back to grab it. Just cuz he didnt wanna walk 20 feet to grab it said nothing i can do for u.
I am a delivery driver and every time I'm their, they always have a friendly attitude, and great customer service. P.S I ENJOY DELIVERING THEIR. THANKS GUYS
