First of all I want to thank Anyelo and his amazing team at Rapid Car 2 for the excellent job done on my Camaro that endured front end collision damage. Working with Anyelo and his team was a smooth process with excellent communication, constant updates on my vehicles status, and ensuring that my vehicle was going to look and drive like a brand new car! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience here at Rapid Car 2. Customer service was also excellent with the mechanics explaining what is wrong with your vehicle and what they are going to do to fix the problems. All around would recommend to everybody who needs any sort of work done on their car because they do it all!
I recently brought my car in after an accident. The work was completed within only a few days. Came to pick it up and IT WAS AS GOOD AS NEW! I LOVED ALL THE WORK THEY DID!!! The staff was also very accommodating. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO DO ANY WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE.
My review keeps getting deleted but I will come back every day if necessary to let me people know to stay away. Brought my car in for simple body work after accident, after 2 and a half months this was the outcome. Driving home after picking it up and trunk door is opening on the highway. The reverse camera was on upside down Battery and engine warning lights on the day I picked it up when I have never seen this before. A week after driving consistently of course car completely stops running. Now have to go out of pocket to hire lawyers, file reports w dmv.
Terrible shop that will install cheap parts and allow non qualified mechanics to train on your car, stay away at all cost and just go through the insurance preferred shops
Worst store ever . They will scam you out of your money then they will stop answering your phone call. They will spend so much money on advertisement so they can scam people . Took my car to their shop because of accident and ever since they fix it , a lot of problem has pop off so I call them and they never answer . I took it to other mechanic and they told me they scammed me and put cheap parts and lied saying it original bmw part .
My 2023 BMW had some minor damage that needed to be fixed and I brought it to rapid car. Ayleen kept me updated throughout the whole process and assured me that my car was in great hands. My car is brand new again and even better. I was also pleased to get my car back within the time frame they gave me, they were punctual in that aspect. They used all original BMW parts no corners were cut, I highly recommend them specially if you have a luxury vehicle in need of body work because you can’t just take your expensive car anywhere. Had My 07 Si Painted Here A Few Months Ago, Never Got Around To Posting A Review. As You Can See From The Pictures, The Car Came Out Immaculate, It Was A Flooded Vehicle With Severe Quarter Panel Damage, Needless To Say It Was Repaired Over My Expectations. My Car Compliments Speak The Work These Guys Performed. Highly Recommend!

Went in with quarter panel damage and decided to add on painting the bumper simply based on IG pictures and all. Was told that the job would take 5 days but it took well over a month. No one answers the phone. That’s just the customer service piece.
Quarter panel repair looked fine for two days after I got the car back. The paint cracked and luckily they fixed that. A few months later and the entire quarter panel is turning yellow. I park the car indoors so there is no excuse aside them using cheap paint.
They painted the bumper without removing it. My gloss black lip ended up with many painted spots. They didn’t even put the engine cover back on when I got the car back. You might be okay if you bring in a car or some work that can be posted on their IG page but the smart thing to do would be to stay away.
STAY AWAY!! YOU BEEN WARNED really unprofessional, they glued my bumper the paint job horrible they cut my trunk wires burned scuffs from buffer took 2 months (it was supposed to be done on a 2 week notice) the owner only care about insurance and lexury cars. Already took it back twice r and every time is something new with them.
Unprofessional took too long to fix something they said would take 2 days. Then gave the run around to get the car back felt like they was doing something else to it. When I got my car back it was making noises. Never coming back here again over charged for something that should have been less
Took my 2012 BMW x5 3.5i here for a spark plug change, the most unprofessional shop I have ever seen. They took out some of the spark plugs outside the shop and drove my car into the shop while it was misfiring due to them not connecting the coil, claiming that the flashing check engine was there when it was definitely not. I waited over 7 hours for my car to be done. They broke my PCV valve hose and I had to wait over 1 month for them to order the part. They refused to take off the plastic air intake in order to reach the 5h and 6th cylinder, and they used power tools to reach those cylinders. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. They do absolutely cheap and horrible work.
Very good place to take care of your car,I know this guys for about 6 years and they always take a good care of my car,very professional and original with everything even if you car needs a part they will tell you put the original or they will get them for you to make sure the job is done the right way without any issues back..I never have a problem with them and I will recommend it..thank guys for a job Well done for your honesty.....
I took my car in for some body work. Anyelo and his staff were so friendly, accommodating and professional. My car..... beautiful, absolutely beautiful. If you need a trusted mechanic or body work, this the place to go hands down!!!! They will be seeing me again for sure!!!
They have always been honest courteous and fair on pricing on the repairs or the car and always have been on point under repairs. They had never try to sell me something that was not needed to be done to the car and my car runs perfect like if it was brand new out of the dealer. I feel anybody can go there with confidence that they will be treated with respect and honesty and will not be ripped off.
One thing for sure this shop cares about what they produce I brought a salvage car that looked like it crawled out of a junkyard and within a week I got it back looking immaculate! Honest work no run around and over all great service! From bottom up the car looks brand new i’ll Be coming here for all my repairs, upgrades and services thanks again Angelo
Brought the car to rapid car running like a junk and know my car fell like new they provided me the greatest service that no older mechanic shop in the Bronx areas Angelo and his crew are the cheapest in town plus they fix my problems and teach me how to keep my car engine in good shape thank guys for providing the best services
Best mechanic place to go they did a nice job on my car I would recommend anybody to go there. you will never get better price at another place they do a nice painting job and good mechanic job.
Only giving it 1 star because I can’t give negative stars. This place is so horrible. No one there wants to work. They’re just interested in giving your car a fake diagnosis and then it breaks down again and they won’t take responsibility to fix it again. Now it cost me basically $1000 to fix my car. Lazy mechanic says that they’re open until 10pm but it’s really to sit around and drinking and listening to loud music. So if you think you are going to bring in your car because something happened to it at 8PM, you’re going to have to wait until he morning. The run around that they’ll give you is something else. Anyway, stay away from this place all together.
Dont get ripped off! Got some work at Rapid Car. The shop replaced the original parts with cheap Ebay parts and then told me it's all fixed after having it for more than a day. I had to go to another mechanic to tell me they did this. This shop only cares about their own people and BMWs, there's no customer courtesy. They dont even testdrive the vehicle to see if the problem is fixed. Come here at your own risk.
¡Inútil! Went in on a Wednesday to book a Friday NYS Inspection appointment. Chamaco on staff couldn't tear himself away from his texting session to answer my questions without more than a mumble. When I finally got him to look up, he told me to just "show up" when they open at 8am. No appointment needed.
I get there Friday and they're 10min late to open. When I finally get a staffers attention, he tells me they can't take me because [1] they are only open a half day, and [2] they ready sold their NYS stickers for the day.
Took the day off from work to get this done at a place that is not a chain business and I was met with ineptitude and failure. Don't go if you are expecting basic customer service.
