My boyfriend and I went in for a battery and some items to clean our boat. We purchased what we thought would work and Jonathan S. Immediately recommended better items for our situation. He even went out of his way to go over each boat product that he received feedback on which was extremely helpful. I truly appreciate the customer service and knowledge about products that he provided.

We are driving from Albuquerque back to western Oklahoma and noticed something going on with our trucks battery. We stopped at this auto one and bless my husbands Heart but he is not at all vehicle smart. William was AMAZING and a huge time saver and came out and changed it for us.

OK, I put in an order on a Saturday morning, got told it'd be there just after noon. Noon came and went, and delivery time changed to 3pm. 3pm came...still no delivery. Delivery got changed to 1 pm next day, then to a day later. Obviously by this time I was getting pretty irate, and had my truck down and out of action. But....Tash, the store manager stepped up, sent a driver to the other store to retrieve them for me. I got a call just a little later saying they were in store, I went on in and Tash also gave me a discount to help make up for the inconvenience. Yes, it was initially a pain in the butt trying to get my items, but it was sorted and ended up with everything worked out. They went above and beyond to restore my faith in their store, and I will definitely be continuing to patronize their shop. Thank-you Tash, for your efforts in helping out. It makes a difference 👍👍👍

This is the best auto zone I have been to. I was traveling across country and of course the check engine light comes on. Tasha went as far as making sure I had the right parts. Found the specialty tool needed in town. And even went as far as letting me barrow any tool needed to complete the job! Thank you again.

I had an awesome experience here thanks to Benito. My check engine light came on and I was worried about what would cause it, so I went to AutoZone to utilize the free OTB reading. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, Benito was very knowledgeable about performing the reading and explaining to me the results, in addition to exactly what part I would need. This service provided by Auto Zone is amazing because it will potentially cut out lots of unnecessary diagnosis costs with a mechanic shop, and it was carried out so effectively by Benito. He was very professional and friendly making the whole process as comfortable as possible. Thank you Benito and Auto Zone!

I was traveling back to Texas when my radiator went out. So I bought a new one I had very limited tools with me they let me borrow what i need to fix my truck. The people here are so nice especially Tash she went above and beyond to help me out and finding what I need. That is what customer service is all about

Very helpful staff and have most everything you need. If not in stock, order ahead for free delivery to the store. I've bought everything from oil to starters, water pumps, and batteries here with good experiences. Update: still very friendly service. Sometimes a long line but it moves quickly.

Tanya was amazing. She solved to part number discrepancies and got me the right units. She deserves a raise! These folks are great.

There's not really much to say about this location. It's pretty basic no one in there knows much Except for what they find on the computers. But they always try to be helpful. There is one young lady that typically goes above and beyond, but that's about it. Most of the employees come and go

My family and kids were on a road trip from NH to CA. We had car troubles and expected to be stuck where we were. We made it to this auto zone because of a recommendation from a wonderful woman and mechanic from Stop and Go. When we arrived, Tash, Joe and Tanya wasted no time to find every option to help us get back on the road. Thank goodness for these wonderful people. We have made it California only because of them! 100% recommend. This auto zone was a blessing. Without them, we would have been stuck in New Mexico for days, and have spent so much money. I want to give a huge thank you to Jonathan for making sure I got help with my car over the Thanksgiving holiday while traveling from Pennsylvania to California to see my mom, whom has been placed in a nursing home. Jonathan went above and beyond to get all of the parts needed when my upper radiator hose came apart from the connector and I was stranded on I-40 west for several hours. This auto zone has always been the cleanest & positive environment every time I have stopped by. The customer service has ALWAYS helped me when I’m having bad days with vehicles or having trouble getting parts for my vehicles. I came in today because a different location in abq gave me the completely wrong water pump, and they got me in and out within 10 minutes, looked up name and number and got the part delivered out here to Edgewood same day, ( ITS BEST TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOUR NUMBER AND NAME HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE IT ALREADY) the lady was super helpful and another great experience I thought I’d share! 👍✔️

My husband broke down and had to be towed to this location to pick up a part and do his own repair. He was able to pay for the parts over the phone, which was a huge help. Tanya and Greg were very kind and went above and beyond to make sure he was safe, and taking care of. THIS IS MUCH APPRECIATED 😁 They are amazing people!! 👏

I walked into the store with my splash gaurd rubbing the ground. Im driving a long distance with my ill mother. Tanya went out of her way to have her husband bring ramps to lift my car to apply the tools needed to prevent my splash guard from rubbing the ground! Words cant explain the kindness that this place offered. Ill be forever thankful!

Was having trouble with my 2010 chevy impala and Greg came out and helped me figure out which relay was bad and how to use the tool for the low and high pressure. He was very helpful and informative and did everything with a smile on his face. The supervisor Tash was very helpful as well. Thank you guys

The manager, Dave was incredibly helpful. I needed help with my battery on my car. If it had not been for him I wouldn't be mobile. Good people incredibly respectful and a pleasure to deal with in a time of need. I will never go anywhere else.

Both our headlights went out while we were driving long distance and we pulled into their parking lot, last minute. They were so helpful. They walked us through how to fix the lights and got us back on the road in no time. The employee was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you!
