Great place to get those hard to find parts.
Last night we called just before close because we lost a wheel bearing on our trailer. The gentleman they answer. The call knew exactly what we needed and we got a whole hub set through it on the trailer. Got it limp back to Albuquerque. It was cold last night And we would’ve definitely been stuck had not been for that O’Reilly’s having those kind of trailer parts and the expertise can’t recall the two gentlemen’s names but they are very helpful. Happy to report that we made it. We got an axle from an axle shop swapped it out in the parking lot and we’re on our way to Arizona.
I just stopped in to replace a headlight bulb I thought I had the wrong one but it turns out I was just looking in the wrong place Dave was there to help me and did such a great job in the dark had to remove my air filter and in the cold I really appreciate the help. This O'Reillys went above and beyond. To get me the parts I need after I broke down on the side of the road. 35 miles from their store. They arrived 1 hour after I paid for my parts Having a commercial account with O'Reillys is the best decision we could have made. Special shout out to Ms. Reene Thomson store manager and to the driver. A million thanks. Not long after the driver left, I had my truck up and running again...
Some of the team members are not the friendliest.
The last time I went there this month, I was the only customer in the store with five team members, and they all chatting and talking amongst themselves, when I got in line to pay they all looked at each other smirking amongst themselves as if to say somebody else grabbed this customer not me. So the guy that finally decided to check me out was very rude and he didn't even get my phone number or rewards number. I told him thank you and he did not say anything back he just sighed and ignored me.
Very rude I don't recommend this store just for that reason.
These people are absolutely amazing They checked size of my wiper blades and reminded me to get washer fluid and changed out my wiper blades! Super impressed!
Service was friendly and good.
Apparently they can drop ship from a nearby hub, the part I needed on a Saturday showed up at 2pm from me buying it at noon.

I needed a heater core and a blower motor for an 89 Jeep Wrangler. I went to my neighborhood O'Reilly's parts store. The stock blower motor can't be gotten anymore but the counter person checked through catalogs and parts books until he found a blower motor in stock that would work with some modification . The heater core would have to be brought in from Albuquerque. I told them I would check around first because I needed to get it done. I went across the street to another popular auto parts chain. They didn't have the heater core or the blower motor and the guy at the counter didn't offer to try to find a workable substitute for the blower. I went back to O'Reilly's and the next day the job is done and I'm back on the road. The people at this O'Reilly's store have consistently worked to help me out even when I don't necessarily know the right questions to ask or exactly what I need.
I'm from ft worth texas and was headed to Phoenix and my truck broke down this past Christmas eve. Had it towed to this store and spent all day fixing it in their parking lot. The people working were incredibly helpful and went way beyond just to make sure my son and I were taken care of and did everything in their power to help. I am truelly grateful for them. Standup people and if I am ever stranded there again I know they will do what ever it takes to get me going again and to keep my spirits up. Not just 5 stars but 10 stars for them!
Start of Michael went out of his way to help my mom with her car to identify a problem with the wiring where a mouse chewed through wiring got us e everything we needed. This dude is awesome he treated my mom with respect and really helped her out above and beyond!!!!!
Went here two different times today the first time was absolutely awful the employees were so disrespectful but auto zone didn't have the part I needed I waited for an employee to be free to help and as soon as there was one free she immediately interrupted me to talk to another employee as I was explaining the part which I had to repeat THREE TIMES Edgewood is not the place for horrible customer service especially with auto zone across the street anyways I reluctantly went back after confirming the part I need and the man at the front this time was amazing he absolutely saved face for this business today someone needs to step in and remind this team that we ( the customers) are the only reason they are employed as a store manager my self it sucks to see we still have people like this dealing with customers I would be ashamed if these were my employees
I was seeking a part I suspected was a dealer only item. The store representative first, looked for the part I needed and then invited me to look at what was in stock to see if a part might fit.
We discovered that none of the brake lines matched what I needed. I appreciated the extra effort by the store representative to satisfy my needs.
Appreciated the military discount as well. Great customer service.
The check engine light came on in Havana Illinois had to change a coil in the parking lot and the locals made it a very pleasant experience. I then made it to Albuquerque New Mexico and had to change some vacuum parts and met a very adorable young lady I helped change her alternator in the parking lot. The borrowed tools and parking lot that O'Reilly's lets you use definitely helped. I just wish I would have got the young lady's name.
I am a Master ASE Technician, and my parents are heading to AZ to see friends and have some issues. I sent them to Orileys to purchase a scanner so I could assess the problem remotely. They said your employees were like Angel's. One of them even crawled under and verified a possible transmission leak. They also gave them directions to a campground. I have older parents and younger kids, and I'm not sure who I worry about more. Thanks to your team, I can help get them back on the road. From one technician 1,000 miles away, I absolutely appreciate your team and your store. Thank you so much!
I recently traveled from Pennsylvania headed to Arizona over Thanksgiving weekend, when my upper radiator hose came apart from the connector. I was on I-40 west for several hours, with nothing insight. Frank came to help me after he got off work. He connected the hose , New connector and filled me up with coolant at 10 pm at night. He then made sure I got to a rest stop to sleep overnight. The next morning my car was running hot again as I was headed to O'Reilly auto to have Mike the manager look over my car. It turned out to be the thermostat, so Mike installed a new one and it got me back on the road with no problems. I drove to AZ for a couple days, before heading to California to see my mom, whom has been placed in a nursing home. Thank you to everyone at the store for your help. You guys are the best...also thanks to a customer who gave me $100.00 bill to make sure I got to my destination. I am forever grateful to everyone.

Unlike most auto parts store in the area, this one actually had a few employees that seem to be fairly knowledgeable about what they sell. Ive had nothing but the best luck with the parts Ive bought here, and refuse to shop anywhere else. Plus, unlike a lot of other companies, O'Reilly offers a veteran's discount, which I appreciate.
I am very disappointed. This place used to be a place I enjoyed coming to get my parts. Looks like Jesus is using the "I can refuse service to anyone", card. So what's the reason? You and a former employee that so happens to be my husband don't get along so your gonna refuse service to me when I was just going to pick up my daughter's parts? That's pretty pathetic manager/customer service.. Are you even the manager anymore? O'Reilly what happened to taking care of your employees and customers? Hope you find a better employee than Jesus, who turns good paying customers away because of his personal vendettas. I'm surprised after all he has done he is even still employed with O'Reilly's.
Went here to replace the OEM stereo system in my 2002 Mazda with a double din touch screen with Bluetooth (and stuff). The staff here were very helpful getting me set up with everything i was going to need (except the dash kit, which apparently they can't get). Not a problem, i was able to locate that online. I really like the unit i bought here, but i wish they'd had some nicer options - i could have ordered a nicer one online, but what they had here was good enough. Wish i could go for the full 5 stars, but the selection was just a little too slim.

Purchased wipers at another location for daughter's car without the car. Needed help to install so went to Edgewood location near daughter's work. The man who assisted was extra nice, pleasant and helpful. Never asked me to verify where I purchased. Observed him providing great service to others as well.
Very helpful and when parts I needed weren't in stock had them in by the next morning. When I needed 2 of the same gaskets only one could be there the next day and Monday was a holiday and it was gonna be Wednesday before one of them came in, the gentleman found the same part in a different place and actually had one in stock. They go out of their way and work hard to make customers life easier and are pleasant while doing so.
I came into this store not knowing some considerable details about my vehicle. Justin was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and caring. He took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Thank you for making me feel at ease and comfortable to get back on the road.
On a family road trip across the country when my vehicle broke down. Came into the store needing very specific parts Justin and Patrick helped us with everything I needed and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make we we're taken care of. It was also extremely hot and they made sure my wife and kid's stayed cool and kept offering help. Absolutely one of the best O'Reilly's I've been too! A+ Service!!!
