Decent prices, the guy ho does the towing is super nice and reasonable. The girl, not so much. She was polite, but also chagd my friend nearly $100 extra to use his debit card. Bring "CASH ONLY" if you use them. Again, the guy was super nice and helpful.
Professional and prompt. They showed up when they said and completed the job quickly and professionally. Helping us immensely when we were in a bind on our cross country move.
If you don't want to be robbed, try to stay away from them. They charge $1,800 to move a truck 3/4 of a mile in Deming, New Mexico. On top of everything, they threaten to take your truck to their yard if you don't want to pay. Also they are rude on the phone. STAY AWAY.
I got stuck in a wash during the monsoons. I couldn't get myself out. Silverback Towing came and pulled me out. They were professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.
These guys were great!! Had a tire blow out on I-10 between Lordsburg and Deming on a “Vintage RV” we were moving from Palm Springs to Houston. AAA seemed to think we needed a tow so Silverback got the call. Wes returned our call promptly and had Steven bring us a tire instead of a $1500 tow. He swapped it out quickly and efficiently and checked out the others. $220+ tax. Quick and friendly. Thanks Guys!!
Car ran out of gas in Gila Forest . I proceeded to lock my keys in my car shortly after. Rey and Joe got my car the gas it needed and unlocked my vehicle. They then picked me up at the Walmart where I was waiting, drove me back to the breakdown site, and guided me to a gas station an hour away.
True professionals. Highly recommend using them if experiencing mechanical trouble.
Steven saved the day. We were stranded with a flat and stripped lug nuts on the I-10. Within an hour of calling our insurance he had showed up, changed our tire, and had us on our way. He was so friendly and helpful - we really appreciated it!
The people here are really friendly, and the ones at the “Luna lot “did what they could to see to it tht I was able to retrieve my property even after non normal business hours “Sunday”
Amazing experience! Our situation (truck towing a fifth wheel with an unique attachment) was too complicated for other companies, but Silverback came to the rescue. From the moment Shannon answered the phone and promised to get right back to us, we heard from Elliot, the owner, who then put us in touch with his son Daniel and another driver, Ray. Daniel carefully assessed our situation by phone and photos and came up with a solution that got our F450 to a repair shop and our rig to a campground safely and in a timely manner. Daniel has such a friendly, laid-back yet knowledgeable manner - you're good folk :)

These are great people. We had been scammed by Swift towing and National towing. I was broke down in the desert and both these companies called me and said they needed additional money ($250)) I had to call 911 for help and silverback towing was sent. I hugged his neck. I had been out there for 5 hours. So blessings on you for coming to the rescue and the young man even took us to hotels in Lordsburg till we found one that had a room. Stay away from this company. They are unreliable and they lie! To top it off - the dispatch guy is extremely rude! Please beware - the response has nothing to do with what actually happened. WES called me and told me he couldn't make it at the scheduled time because he "had an appointment ". The dispatcher told me WES got sick on his way to my house. SO- AGAIN, I'M SAYING STAY AWAY.
Daniel at Silverback Towing saves the day.... I needed two non op cars towed off a property near the Gila Cliff Dwellings ASAP. Mind you, these are not two normal vehicles. They were old, heavy, and basically not running. Not to mention I currently live about 700 miles away in another state. Thinking I'm screwed, I call around to different tow truck companies in the SilverCity area. I call Silverback Towing and speak with Daniel who gave me a reasonable quote to tow these vehicles out of the Gila National Forest to SilverCity and to store them for a month until I can transport them to California. I'm thinking it's to good to be true, boy was I wrong... Daniel made everything easy. He was able to navigate my vehicles out of a steep sketchy dirt road and tow them about 2 hours back to Silvercity. Daniel helped patiently as I had a 3rd party car transport company bail multiple times to pick these vehicles up from his yard in Silvercity. These vehicles had a lot of sentimental value and Daniel was kind and empathetic to my situation. I have these vehicles in my possession today, because Daniel was so helpful and good at his job! If you need any towing in the Silvercity area please call Silverback towing!! Thank you again Daniel!!
It's really stressful when you're car breaks down, I have roadside with usaa and they contacted Elliot. He communicated with me on eta, dropped us off at the repair facility and even checked in the next morning to make sure we were all good. I highly recommend his company.

I called for towing with G and G and unfortunately they didn’t answer. Customer service was rude and they charged me for a one mile tow $136 3 times more than G and G . Only if you are super desperate I wouldn’t advise anyone to call them!!!
I experienced a blow out and I called my Insurance USAA and they recommended Silverback out of Silver City,NM and they sent out a Technician named Laredo this young man was very courteous, helpful, respectful and asset to Silverback Towing. I had a very positive experience with this company. I had a flat tire with some unusual circumstances/complications, and they were very helpful and worked with me on a solution. Because I called in the late afternoon, by the time we got everything sorted out, they advised it could take until morning, but they ended up finishing it the same night after all, which was a huge load off my mind!! Also the first guy came out in under 15 minutes, so if I had not had the extra issues, which were not at all their fault, it probably would've been done in under half an hour. But again, even with my extra issues, it only took a couple hours. Very friendly and inexpensive as well, which was a concern since I had read that so many places take advantage of you for being out in the middle of nowhere here in Lordsburg. I feel bad for the other reviewers that had a bad experience, but I had an extremely positive one with this company! I would definitely recommend them
