Looks like Patrick needs training not only on figuring out how to find parts but not have someone waiting for ten minutes and his coworker seemingly okay with it.
Very helpful staff. Good prices considering Bidenomics has doubled everything. A little update. I didn’t catch the young man’s name who was working behind the counter. I was looking for a threaded rod and could not find it anywhere. This was a plumbing project. I’m in the middle of remodeling a bathroom. I told my wife I was handy. The young man measured it and figured out it was a metric part so it was a good thing. I went to the auto parts store, but even a better thing that the young man helped me out. It was a great experience. Thank you young man whatever your name was I will see you again and tell you in person. Just awesome Service.
My dad was in there buying parts Rick was helping him I called my dad just to bs as I usually do and Rick made his little comments on the situation which was awesome I told my dad “talk to you later Love you” of course my dad said it back and Rick also said it so of course I said it back to Mr. Rick. Amazing job and great customer service! If you need help got to Mr.Rick!!!!
I'm hopeful the manager or owner sees this. On Friday, Sep 1 at 7:30 am I called and had a battery ordered in for a 28 hour road trip seeing family. I was assured it was ordered and I could stop in first thing Sep 2 to pick it up. I showed up this morning, only to be told it wasn't in, and after checking it was discovered the order was never placed by the employee in the first place. No apology was even offered, just a silent look of indifference. Inexcusable on both counts. Again, it was the male employee on Sep 1 and the female employee on Sep 2.
The service has always been spectacular here. The employees go out of their way to help, and I was reminded of this after getting no help at Napa (it was the first store on my route) yesterday then heading to O'Reilly where Jacob went out of his way to understand what I needed and find the right part. Thank you!
Absolutely terrible service tried to order car cover three times after we had paid for it and they said they ordered it for us but again and again they couldn’t find it or I just never came.take your business elsewhere!!!
Every time I go into this store, the employees retreat to the back. I've stood at the counter waiting for assistance while they talk in the back and ignore me. Yall are really helpful lmao. I bet that same treatment wouldn't be given to a man walking in the store.
Love this place always have what's needed was to do the job if jot most.times it's next day at about 7: 30 or so they will have your parts.. there a little.higher on parts but worth the money spent to get what you really need and the quality of the parts are always better than the rest

Been buying from o'reilly's for many years and never had no trouble til here lately the silver city store I order and I look up my parts threw there web and I check if the store has it or not I order threw the web threw there store and shows that I have it by morning and so far not once have it came in and the store here in silver has never called me that my parts are in or if they on back order and I tell them the web said that I have it here in the morning and that never happens why does the web say I have it by morning and it don't come in til a week later,I order my parts over night for a reason cause I need them now and be nice if the store let u know something on your parts
I will give them a 3 star, I stopped to get some wipers for my rental jeep, and asked the older man if someone could put them on ,and he said no because they can't go outside because of the "covid" lol if he was so worried he should have had a mask on!! Well the day before there were 2 guys out there helping change a battery..
While parked next door at Walmart, my battery went dead. The kind employees at O’Reillys took my battery out and took it to their store for testing. When it proved to be totally dead, they sold me a new one which they delivered and installed. I’d had a very bad day; their professionalism and kindness made a huge difference. Thanks Oreillys !!
Our O'Reilly's is staffed with a great team of employees who really know their stuff. They're attentive and helpful, and - so far - have never let me down.
