Saul was really helpful!! Answered all my questions and he answered all my questions And doubts about my truck getting towed from las Cruces to Fabens tx.

These guys are fast and professional with great communication. Saul is an amazing driver! He was able to navigate through a tight space to drop my vehicle exactly where it needed to go. I will save their number for the future.

Let me start off by saying their communication is top tier!! I had call on Sunday 02/15 around 10:46pm and told me that they were going to be there in around 15-20 min and the driver Saul got there on time and knew exactly where I was which was a green flag already. He loaded my car and was as gentle as someone can while loading a car into the flat bed. Once dropped at location he took payment and gave me my receipt which was pretty professional. Just one thing I wish he had some change/cash on him but no worries I was able to do the transaction through Zelle which was a good thing. Overall 10/10 experience for my first ever tow truck. Will definitely call them again if anything. Thank you once again Saul.

I just want to thank Saul with Gonzales towing!! He was very professional and punctual. He took good care of my baby, 65 Ford Galaxie. He took her from one side of town to the other. Thanks to Saul Got to the destination where I was stranded they were able to tow my car even with my car being low. They were able to manage to get it up on the bed with no problems. Would recommend their services if you are stranded on the road.

First of all we were very satisfied doing business with them! Best communication whatsoever! It was pretty late when we needed service and they made it happened! Javier had alot of patience because we were back and forth with the situation! I was the middle person trying to help my cousin out,so there was alot of confusion but Javier stayed firm and helped us reach our goal in getting my cousins truck to the dealer. I had a relative reach out to me needing towing services in El Paso and I recommended her to Gonzales Towing Services. i recommended Gonzales towing because Javier Gonzales owner of the company, is very much active on social media. Whether it is assisting regular everyday people or first responders. I went to middle school and high school with Javier. I requested these services on Monday October 20th and of course because of the lateness of the request Javier noted to me that he was booked but could take care of me the following day. (Honesty was key here, even though he knew me, he was certain he wouldn't be able to help me in a timely manner). The following 2 days were full of hiccups and back and forth on mine and my relatives part, but nonetheless, Javier demonstrated patience with me ensuring me that he would help me once I had everything together. The car was not picked up until Thursday October 23rd obviously because we were technically not ready for his assistance when we requested him. We had scheduled for 0930am and he picked up the vehicle 1140 due to the car not being ready at the pickup location which was out of my and his control. With that hiccup he still kept the price the same and told me not to worry. I sent Javier a few pictures of the drop off location, which was an apartment complex and the owner of the complex wanted the vehicle in a specific spot out of the way and the keys taken to the front office because my relative was working at the time. Javier's driver called me through every step of the service and sent pictures and actually parked the vehicle in the exact location I had requested and did take the keys to the front desk and gave me the name of the person who had the keys. I know there are plenty of towing companies in El Paso but I got to say, Javier and his counterpart went above and beyond with professionalism, honesty, transparency and work ethic to ensure he lives up to his values for the best service he can possibly offer. The price he also gave me was excellent and honest. Many companies out there are out to get your money but Javier is out here doing the Lords work helping people. Thank you Gonzalez Towing Services!

I’m giving Gonzalez Towing one star because I can’t give it zero stars. They damaged my car with their crappy towing and now I have to pay $900 for their incompetence. This review is going onto Yelp, Instagram, Facebook, Nextdoor, and TikTok so nobody will make the same mistake in trusting truly incompetent and inept companies. Whatever you do, don’t use Gonzalez Towing at 1975 McNutt. Needed a tow for my car because the radiator was leaking, and after waiting for several hours past the arranged pickup time, they finally showed up, towed it to the mechanic and proceeded to damage the car by slamming it off the truck and breaking the control rods in the process. The alignment is now damaged and Gonzalez Towing is to thank for that. They made no attempt to fix the problem and tried to blame the radiator repair guy. This car didn’t have broken control rods before Gonzalez Towing touched it. There are reliable towing companies out there that won’t destroy your car. This place is not one of them.

I called the company and Saul was the driver that picked up my vehicle on a flat bed. He was quick and very professional! I was stuck in a mess with no way to get my car back home due to the tire rod popping out. Gonzales Towing was a life savior! Wow, very impressed with Gonzalez Towing Services. Very professional Excellent customer service and excellent prices got three quotes before I found them and the quotes were two to three times the amount that Javier quoted me. Right there and then I knew there were the winner I didn’t have to look any further, now my next issue was going to be the waiting time. I have wasted 1 hour calling around trying to get the best price. I’m here at the Westside trying to get to the Eastside!! And not just that, but Javier himself promised a tow truck within 30 minutes because one of his tow trucks was around the same area as I was so I told him to please keep me posted of any changes and that’s exactly what he did after waiting for 30 minutes. He gives me a call letting me know that his guy is running late and taking longer than expected so Javier made me his priority and decided to jump in to another flatbed because that’s what I requested and came to the rescue I felt l was getting VIP treatment! Who does that nowadays put the customer first and make sure I was on the road within 45 minutes from the first time I spoke with him!! Wow that’s what I call Great prices and speedy services.
