I ask them about a trailer adapter and if he could help me find it. He pointed to where they all were and went back to finish gossiping with the other employees. I left and not 1 employee said thank you or anything. I will never go to this one again. But Auto zone was a big help
Today could’ve been a really stressful day.I had a flat tire while out with my 4-year-old and pulled into this store hoping to just grab a can of Fix-a-Flat. I had no idea how to use it and was feeling overwhelmed. That’s when Brenda stepped in and truly went above and beyond to help me. She didn’t just point me in the right direction. She personally helped with the tire and showed genuine care.
Her coworker, Andrew, also came out and made sure everything was secure so I could drive safely. It was clear they both went out of their way, even though it wasn’t technically part of their job.
I’m extremely thankful for their kindness, patience, and incredible customer service. What they did meant more than they know—especially with a little one in tow. Thank you, Brenda and Andrew! I won’t forget your help today. ?
Good store, just a regular Oreilly store. They did provide good customer service and had my part on hand. Place was clean and I was created at the door. Would come back.
So apparently I own my car but not the battery! Called this location this morning and the manager was very annoyed to help me in the first place and secondly she basically told me I needed to purchase a new battery even though my current battery is from O’REILLY AUTO PARTS! & then when I inquired about what’s the warranty for she just kept saying “NO”. I could very well buy a new battery but why would I if this one is under warranty?
I went in with a battery that needed charging. The entire staff was extremely helpful! The customer service they provide is exceptional. Problem resolved!
I find my parts here but you want to know why I’ve left a couple of time from here ? The workers hygiene …. The girl that was working last night that used to have braces I think .. well her breath stinks ? awful . She needs to be told to do something about it . She stinks up the entire place . This is some serious ? her customer service and her hygiene do have to do a lot to do with providing good service here . A lot of other’s gentlemen we’re also talking about that , that they’d be back when she wasn’t there . So I can see it’s not just me . I did not get her name but I’m pretty sure you guys know who I’m talking about dark hair … long .
I was looking for a transmission part I went to AutoZone really bad service. I decided to go to O'Reilly's at Sunland park new Mexico I was very impressed I want to thank Mary the lady that went out of her way to get the part I was looking for. Thank you for your great service.
This review is from my 72 year old grand mother who recently visited the store for some wiper blades. She wad met by a lovely young lady named Brenda. She immediately helped my grand mother and found what she needed and even gave her 10% after not being able to find her $5 coupon on her cell phone.
My grandmother's experience was pleasant and appreciated the kindness she received.
I travel the entire 48 Continental U.S., and there are often times I'm in need of an auto parts store. My preference is O'Reilly. Though every store I stop in at has a staff that is frendly, courteous, an knowledgeable, my visit to the Sunland Park, New Mexico store found that the employee serving me (looking back, I should have asked his name) had taken friendliness to a whole new level. Bravo, O'Reilly Auto Parts!

The Service was bad today. 3 female working and only one on counter and she was super busy had to go across the street to AutoZone for service. I've have not had this problem before at this store.
customer service 5 start... this guy Juan B.. was very helpful, friendly & fast... better than other autopart places.. in & out in no time with exactly what I needed.. ??
My issue is with Arturo, the store manager. I had to make a claim here at this store because an employee sold me a used part. I was paid out the claim, but ever since then the store manager has always treated me poorly. I'm never greeted by him, and have waited in line to be helped by him. As soon as I get to him, he's walked away, and I have had to wait again for another associate to help me. This is very uncommon for O'Reillys. I would recommend that you either go to another O'Reillys, or for a more convenient solution, perhaps try the AutoZone across the street. This is very disappointing to be getting these results from O'Reillys, it's very uncommon.
