My brother went in to buy a part that I really needed, and dudes said they just closed, it's 7:40 pm during the week, most autozones stay open till 10, some at 9, so thank you
manager wasnt helpfull at all, she wouldnt make a simple return because the package was open, the merchandise wasnt used i just tried to see if it was the correct one
Miriam was fantastic & nice! She helped me pick & change out my battery. It was odd to see 3 male employees stand around & talking, waiting for her to help all the customers. By the time she had taken the 2 customers ahead of me in line, an older gentleman finally went up to a second pos system, to help me. As soon as she was done, he handed me over to her and seemed annoyed when she said anything to him. I’m glad she finished helping me, because I would’ve been uncomfortable with someone who seems annoyed by his female coworker & doing his job.
Would be ok but the woman working at the counter knew I was in line at the register, but instead of asking me if she could help me next, instead waited on a man just coming into the store. And didn't acknowledge I was there with a "I'll be with you in a moment", rather acted as if I wasn't there. I thought this very rude.
Yolanda at AutoZone on 1665 McNutt Rd. besides being very respectful and courteous, was extremely helpful. She assisted me with exchanging my car battery without showing signs of frustration and without being in a rush. I really appreciate everything she did for me that day.
Great staff and excellent service! AutoZoner Sabrina was really friendly and knowledgeable! Sabrina was able to identify the issue with my car and recommended me the best products to fix it. Will definitely be coming back to this location in Sunland Park, NM. ????
Alex is professional courteous and provides excellent customer service. ! Ask for him! Others seem to never find parts and he does. If they don’t have the parts there he looks for them at other stores in El Paso . Thank you ! My dad is an elderly man and Alex helped my dad with his wipers . Thank you again sir ! I make sure all my family go to this autozone just to get service from Alex ! You the man !

Awesome place, fast and easy. They Always have what i need and if not they get it by one day. Manny Is specially always great and great help. Goes above and beyond. Highly recommend this place for your car needs!
Not usually one to leave reviews but this autozone had been by far one of the worst services i’ve had. Employees were ignoring customers, hanging out in the back talking, etc.
The staff is friendly and willing to help. A young man there tested my car, helped me pick a new one, removed the old battery after struggling a bit with corroded battery terminals on my car, installed the new battery, put terminal pads, greased the posts, and made sure my new battery was bolted down firmly. He showed much care and service, better than I'd ever seen even at auto repair shops.
Went it to buy a simple electric sensor plus some oil special which comes with the filter. Omar new rookie in the front took 15 trying to find the part for me before asking his supervisor for assistance. I always had problems at this location and the new associate up front (believe his name was Omar) made my visit worse.

Battery died during visit to area; stopped by on way out of town; they diagnosed problem and installed new battery, even verified warranty from initial purchase. This is a good honest store with great customer service!
