Stealing an aux cord from my car is wild they should have respect for people's belongings

I’ve been calling during their operating hours and nothing! This is absurd!

Let me start by saying what they did they could have not done and was done knowingly no excuses. They repo my car ok but had the nerve to drive my car all they way from deming to las cruces on 2 flat tires. I asked them if they wanted me to put air they said NO. Tires all worn on side wall now real nice! LUCKLY THE GUY THAT WORKS AT SHOP NOT THE 2 IDIOTS THAT PICKED UP CAR!! Made up for it with GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE you need to talk to your people though they totally trashed my tires on purpose!!! But give the guy behind counter 4 stars for great customer service had my tires air up before I got there to get car awesome guy

Not how customers should be treated. I was told my car would be picked up a cerain time and when no one showed up I called to see what was going on was told I would have to wait for over an hour. I was than hung up on in the middle of a sentence.

The address intially takes you somewhere else where they must've been. I've updated the address on Google Maps and added a new picture. The original white building photo is the old location. That building is now painted brown.
It's frustrating when a business doesn't have the correct address for their location. Especially a towing company.
