The owner was rude to me. No work ethics. No professionalism. He was cussing me out over a battery i had questions about. He also got in my face. I feel things ran better when Iram worked there. I'll never go there again and I'll make sure to let people know as well.
I went a while back to this place due to so many recommendations. I went today as the previous battery I puchased wouldn't start my vehicle. The stamp on battery was 2/24 per technician but they wouldn't honor without receipt. The battery not even 2 years old. Please keep your receipt as I had to purchase a brand new one as they will not honor replacement even with their own stamp on it. He said he gave me a discount but the only one I saw was on install. When I asked about battery discount he shrugged and said "oh..probably like 20 bucks". I'm hoping this 250 dollar battery will last more than 2 years.
Don’t shop HERE they would not accept my return on there batteries even though there is 30 day return policy! Owner is a very disrespectful! And does not honor there own policies! Was 7 days after purchased.
I went with my brother for new batteries for his electric wheelchair. The product is great (Interstate Batteries), and they did have them in stock, but the salesman seemed put-out at first. After a while he warmed up and was pleasant.
I have multiple vehicles with interstate batteries and normally buy batteries at a store in Deming.
Over the last year l have needed batteries for vehicles in Las Cruces I went to this store for the first set and no problem. Second time this guy acted like we were wasting his time. Last time I called at 3:45 to make sure they would be open till 5:00pm and was assured they would be there till 5:00 pm. Upon arriving at 4:30 pm the man informed me they had closed early and refused to sell me a set of batteries.
A man that lies once will always be dishonest. Stay away from this place.
I have interstate batteries in all of my vehicles and never had an issue until today. The battery warranty was not honored due to not having a receipt. The battery manufacturing date was stamped on the battery showing it was still under warranty at a prorated discount rate. Would be helpful if they kept track of customer purchases in an electronic account similar to auto part stores.
Everyone is eager to help and always gets your battery questions and problems handled in a timely fashion. I’ve never had a bad experience here and that’s saying something.
I usually buy my batteries from the warehouse in Mesilla park where this is located. The owner and workers are very knowledgeable and courteous.

We had to make an emergency stop here to change out 4 motorhome batteries. They had everything we needed in stock and let us borrow tools for the job. Definitely would recommend this shop!
Was super friendly and knowledgeable. Iram was especially helpful. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t waste time anywhere else.. speaking from experience.. prior place I went tested and said my battery was good. That was not the case at all. So thank goodness someone recommend or I would have paid more and wasted more time.
Great guys to deal with, excellent service, great help with my problems. Highly recommended. Don't follow google maps from the north, it will take you long way thru town!

I called several places around town and then a friend recommended Interstate Battery. I don't know if their prices are wholesale or retail, but they have the best price in town and a 5 year warrenty. The service was also prompt and friendly.
This is the wholesale operation, and i required two agm batteries for my new startup... the owner and a warehouse worker were extremely helpful showing batteries in stock and the different models available, eventually they helped to choose a battery that more than meets my needs. the prices were excellent, and the interstate battery company is all american. very satisfied with my experience. give em call see if they can help you too.
