5 stars because your service and attention to me was superb. Q provided excellent customer service. Sending me pictures and calling me back. Unfortunately it was discovered the part was a bit more damaged when it was being removed from the car and after I had paid to have it shipped to another state. I panicked a bit at the thought of waiting possibly waiting 7-10 for a refund and still trying to source the part. Q assured me she would start the refund process and it would not be such a lengthy wait. True to her word I can already see the reversal process just a mere 30 min later. If ever need a hard to find part in the future I will definitely remember you guys. Thank you!!!!
