I was about an hour away from kings Auto Body. I called and spoke to a lady over the phone. Because she told me that they are certified in repairing telsas, I asked for an estimate, she said, no problem come in and we'll give you an estimate. When I arrived she said, it will be $20.00 for an estimate. I told her why didn't you tell me that over the phone? She said because you didn't ask. I said because normally shop don't charge for an estimate. Interestingly, another customer was complaining about the same issue of changing for an estimate. If it's there policy to charge , that's fine. My complaint is , she should've informed me that their was a charge over the phone, I wouldn't have drove about an hour to get there. A big waste of time.
A truly great experience all around! Had to have front bumper that was pulled off in an accident repaired, painted and reinstalled for a price that didn’t gouge you like some other companies tried to do. Thank you for great work!
They are extremely good in terms of quality of the job. Had accident on my Honda accord two times and they helped me replace my hood and front bumper. Left my car good as new. Additionally I came back because I noticed there was a small defect on one of the parts and they did not hesitate and ensuring the piece was properly secured. As of now extremely satisfied, they are reasonable with the price and very attentive, would recommend 10/10. Will be bringing my car again for future repairs.
I had a great experience with Kings Auto Body. Nobody ever really wants to need car repairs, but they made the experience as good as possible. They are friendly, efficient, conscientious, quick (at least in my case), and reasonably priced. I got my bumper fixed in good time and they even washed my car before i picked it up.

Alex and his crew did an amazing job on my Benz and Rouge. The Benz paint job exactly matched the original pain of the car and the front and back bumper of the Rouge look perfect. I was told to pick up the SUV on a specific date & time, and even I wonder if was going to be done, but when I showed up, the car was ready to go. After researching and comparing quotes from various authorized and non-authorized Tesla repair shops, I decided to visit Kings Auto Body in Westfield to avoid the hassle of insurance claims and pay out of pocket. Surprisingly, a few shops even refused to repair my Tesla Model Y wheel arch quarter panel.
Since King's was on their way to my sister-in-law's place, I gave them a chance. Alex and his team were incredibly professional and efficient. They managed to fix my car in one day before their vacation, which was a huge relief. The job came out perfectly, and the service was excellent. They were honest, reasonable, and transparent about the pricing.

Went to Kings based on location. Had used that same body shop when it was owned by the previous person. I took my 2024 Toyota Highlander for repair and the owner and estimator were very nice and I got it back when they promised and you couldn't even tell it was ever hit. They did a great job and I want to let them know that I was satisfied and they took care of all of the back and forth with the insurance company. I would highly recommend based on my experience
I spoke with Alex and Rick, they polished my 2007 Mercedes E Class faded/dull headlamps 12 months ago and the headlamps still look brand new.
The Mercedes dealer wanted thousands of dollars to replace the original headlamps.
They did the job in one day and saved me a lot of time and money.

Kings Auto Body Rocks!!! I messed up the front end of my Honda pilot, the front grill, the hood, the two front doors. Let me tell you......after Kings AB finished with it, it now looks like a brand new car. I love the work, the patience and kindness that they exhibited. Let me tell you, when Alex and Clara say they will get it done, they get it done. This business is family run and it shows, because they treat you like family. I am an event designer and bring odd things - planters, tennis rackets, etc. - to be painted and they do an incredible job. They are detail oriented and thorough and are the nicest people to deal with. Inevitably, my work truck will need a paint job, and I am bringing it here. I am so grateful to find this business and can't recommend them highly enough.

I love the work king auto body has done on my 650 gran coup BMW. The price was fair and he was very nice and welcoming (OWNER). The receptionist which is the owner wife was extremely pleasant ..I half to say it was a alll around great experience for me. Briton repaired my BMW after it was in a major accident. The service was great and timely. They handled all the paperwork with the insurance company and made things hassle free.
