I have an older BMW (2011), and have been servicing it at Bummer Hub for the past few years, and am very satisfied. If they spot other issues during a service, they always discuss the issues with me and help me decide what has to be addressed immediately versus what can wait till a later date. I really appreciate that honesty. I highly recommend!

Have been going to Bimmer Hub for over 5 years for work on our X and our M. From basic maintenance to more complex repairs, Joe, Mike, Lenny and the crew are the best! Expert service at prices far better than dealers, and they do a great job accommodating your schedule as much as possible.

This shop is professional and reliable. They get the work done quickly and their staff is very knowledgeable. I recently moved and literally live 2 blocks away from another independent BMW shop and still take my car all the way to Westfield.

Mike and the team at Bimmer Hub were great!! Came in with an exhaust issue, they checked out my X3 right away, got to the bottom of it, fixed it, and took extra time to clean up the engine at no additional cost. As a Senior Master A tech, my husband used to handle everything with my car, he passed away a couple years ago and i've been looking for a place I could trust and I think I finally found it!!

Outstanding first experience with Bimmer Hub in Westfield! Mike and Lenny were very responsive, took a good inventory of issues and offered tips to maintain my 330xi. The service was on budget, on time and completed to a high quality. I’m impressed and my only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner. We’ll be doing all of our regular and adhoc maintenance with them going forward.

The Bimmer Hub is my go to auto service center, to ensure my vehicle is maintained properly. They are extremely professional and experts on BMW’s. They explain all aspects of the work done and provide insight on required future maintenance. Pricing for services is very good as well. I highly recommend them.

These guys are great. I had an issue months ago with a car system alert. They were honest and professional enough to advise that I wait to see if the problem would be addressed after some body work. They were right. That kind of honesty is seen much these days, so I promised myself to use them in the future. Just got the car back after an oil change and brake fluid change. On time, on budget. I had a great experience! Mike and Lenny were exceptional, The techs were very knowledgeable as well. I saved money and was very pleased with the short wait. They are honest and helpful! They checked out my car as well as replaced the brakes. Found a couple of items that needed to be replaced and was able to replace them with a reasonable costs. They also handled my warranty company. 10/10 recommend to all my friends looking to get work done on their BMWs! I just come in for regular maintenance, just got my rear brakes done (thought I needed front too but they saw it wasn’t needed and didn’t try to sell it anyway, always appreciate the honesty!). They also replaced my car battery as a courtesy, which was above and beyond. They also offer overnight drop off and are great communicating through email/text/call whatever you prefer!

I brought my car here in hopes to find a trustworthy mechanic for my BMW. However, the experience was horrible. All these 5 star reviews and saying proudly how they are a dealership alternative does not compare to my experience. After the job was completed, and I received the invoice. I noticed something suspicious. Charged for two parts that I did not ask to be replaced. No communication from them that they went ahead and ordered it and replaced it. I order all my parts from FCP to have lifetime warranty because you need that when it comes to these cars. So now I’m out of having these parts that they didn’t tell me not have lifetime warranty. When I brought it up to them on why they did that? Word for word from text messages with Mike “Unfortunately we were in the middle of the repairs and needed the parts to move forward while everything was apart” That was a big red flag, not having been communicated to and being thrown on additional charges until the end. And then I asked about if a part was installed and they didn’t and said “should have let us know before” well works two ways should of let me know before you decided without my permission to buy and install parts. I don’t care if your owner has 20+ years of being a mechanic for BMW or the CEO. This isn’t how you should treat customers. Experiences like this is why people find it hard to find trustworthy mechanics.

I got an oil change & rear brake pad replacement in under 80 minutes at fraction of the cost of the stealership. From the friendliness of Mike G at the counter to the absolutely respectful, knowledgeable technicians, Bimmer Hub is fantastic and they make you feel like you’ve been their friends for hundreds of years. 1000/10 would recommend!

I brought my BMW Supra in for a trans and rear differential fluid drain and fill, as well as a brake fluid flush. Quick turn around, professional interactions and reasonable price. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been using Bimmer Hub since they opened in Westfield, Mike and Joe are great. When my 540 went off warranty and dealership gave me a price on a repair, I was ready to trade it in for a Toyota. Bimmer Hub made the repair and other since then, usually less than half the price at the dealership. On top of that, they are more pleasant and more knowledgeable. I’m truly thankful for Bimmer Hub.

Great experience with Bimmerhub, I had the rod bearings changed on my 2012 M3. this was a preventative service for a commonly known failure point on these cars. My previous experiences were with repair shops in Florida. Unlike them, I was given an estimate before bringing the car in, the estimate was lower than the Florida shops I worked with, and when I dropped the car off, they did not try to upsell me on any other services. The car was available within a very reasonable amount of time, it was delivered hand washed with the removed parts placed in a box. Communication was great throughout the entire experience. Very happy with the service I received and will certainly be coming back. As a female customer, it’s very rare to find an honest shop, this was a great experience.

Not enough stars above for the service these guys provide. It’s hard enough with these wonderful performing cars that we can’t resist because that is the price you pay for performance, which is heavy and expensive maintenance. But Bimmer Hub never overcharges and only does what’s immediately necessary in order to keep our cars humming. Then provide a list of items that need future attention and can be addressed later. Even the dealership they left speaks highly of them. It’s the only place I consider going to get our cars serviced.

I’ve been servicing and fixing my car at Bimmer Hub for the last year, year and an half. Always great experience. I believe they are fairly priced and do a really good job. I trust them, their work and expertise. I love how personable and accommodating they are and I can just text with any questions at any time. They are very upfront with all the charges and don’t push you to do other things. I feel lucky to have found this place for my BMW.

This shop is a great alternative to the dealership who seem to always find a way to convince us of unexpected and unnecessary expenses when it comes to maintenance of our vehicles.
