STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They picked up my car, didn't take it to the shop I asked them to take it to, then wanted to charge me double. Trust Your Gut, Stay Away from this company. I filed a complaint with AAA and the BBB. Stay away from this company.

This vendor responded in less than 10 minutes to my call for a flat bed tow after my Jeep was rear-ended. Their equipment was in great condition and the driver was experienced, careful, quick and very personable. The price was very competitive. I highly recommend you keep their number in your vehicle!

Pompton plains service was there when I needed them the most. I blew out both my tires on the passenger side of a Ford F-150 and the tow truck came within the hour. Brent was the first on the scene and he was very professional and empathic, got the truck up on the flat bed with ease and brought it straight to the shop. Later that day Mike whom I assume is the owner called me and told me everything on the truck was all set. New tires, rotation and my brakes. All done the same day in just a matter of hours. Pompton plains service is your go to auto shop from tow truck needs to tires and brakes. These guys are fast and reliable. Although I hope I don’t have to see them again anytime soon,… but if I need to I know where I’ll be bringing my truck in for service. I would recommend this business to my family and friends. They close to home and conveniently located right off 23.
I highly recommend Pompton Plains Service. While I was working on my 2019 truck, I set off every fault on my dashboard and warranty just expired. I called and spoke with owner, Mike. Mike was confident he had the right machine for the job. He was able to reset all the error codes on my truck, fixing the problem at a fair price. I can't thank you enough, Mike. Nice to have an honest mechanic I can call next time I mess things up. 😅

I needed a side mirror replaced and they helped me by finding a cheaper place to find the part I needed, plus gave me a good price on the repair itself. Really good guys here that want to make their customers happy.
These guys are respectful, charge fair prices, and do high quality work. I sent my truck to them to have a lift kit installed and the front end rebuilt. When I picked up my truck Mike Sr. encouraged me to give him a call a few days after driving it to let them know how their work turned out. Needless to say the work done was phenomenal. As a first time customer I was truly impressed and will be returning for anything my truck needs.
PPS came to the rescue once again. Got a flat tire while pulling into work and wasn't going to get out until really late. They sent out Matt who came to my job, grabbed the keys, and towed my truck to the shop. A new tire was put on and it was ready to go, all while I was at work! Great shop and even better employees.
