I'm sorry, but they are severely understaffed here. And undertrained. I wanted to buy tires and have them installed. I had tires that I knew I wanted from the website, but I wanted to talk to someone about it first to double check what they recommended. Whoever they had at the front desk tried to be helpful I assume, but mostly just encouraged me to use their website. I didn't want to use their website, because I knew that Walmart's website is pretty bad, so I was pretty disappointed that this was the answer to my questions. Please hire more people that are knowledgeable about your services and tell corporate to make the website actually user friendly.

They do a good job but it's hard to get an appointment and they don't take walk ins. I bought tires but there was a month wait to have them put on. So, I had to take my tires and search for a place that would change them.

They canceled my tire replacement appointment along with the tire purchase without any notice. The waiting period was 10 days, and after canceling, I had to wait another two weeks to get in touch with them. It was terrible!

Huge thanks to Schyler T at Walmart Auto Service @Flanders.Did an amazing headlight restoration on my 2011 Honda Civic ,clear, professional, and way beyond expectations. Today,I drove 20 miles for this $40 service, and it was absolutely worth it. A local shop told me the headlights could not be restored and quoted $500 for replacements. Schyler proved them wrong. Highly recommend !

I drove 40 minutes to this location after calling ahead to make sure I could get new tires installed on my rims. When I got there, they turned me away because my rims were “too big,” even though I just needed them mounted and balanced — not installed on a vehicle. No one mentioned this policy over the phone, and I wasted almost an hour and a half of my time driving there and back for nothing. If they can’t or won’t work on certain rim sizes, that should be made clear before customers make the trip. Poor communication and zero effort to help — I expected better from Walmart Auto Care.

I Bought 4 tires and had an appointment to change them, they delivered 3, and they cancelled my appointment. I’ve been with a spare so I could have at least change some tires in the meantime. They stop responding to my calls.

Rob and Mike were great. Our battery went out in the parking lot & they got us in and out quickly with a new battery in under an hour!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I have gone to four different Walmarts to get oil changes in the past year but today this store turned me down because of a slight oil leak I have at my vacuum pump(waiting on the part). I just spent like $3800 on original parts for this car and redid the whole front end but he wouldn't do an oil change and told me "the drain plug is leaking and you are leaking transmission fluid". I guess they expected this 18 year old car that does 10,000 deliveries miles a month to be spotless clean underneath. I don't know how it's a liability for you guys to simply just dump the 5.5 quarts of oil that is in my car and refill it with a new filter. I guess they do not like working on 18 year old swedish cars here or they just are unconfident in their own mechanical abilities. Mavis Auto and tire will service this car the same day it just costs like $40 more. You get what you pay for. ALSO I'd like to say Mavis tires are also a lot better than what Walmart has. Mavis can do heavy load tires for basically any car and even my 16" rims(on the same day.) 😵‍💫 I think I'm mostly frustrated because I came in yesterday, set up an appointment(I work nights), and then got rejected by some guy who is like 5'4. People in New Jersey have authoritarian problems. I attached a picture of my 6'4 self inside of the car that's driven 10,000 miles in the last month 😆

No stars, just go to a regular mechanic, I usually order tires get them shipped home and go get them installed by a mechanic. So this time I was like oh let it ship to Wal mart and install there nice and easy right? Wrong. I wait 1 week go in , ohh wait hey they sent us the wrong tires, my man I order tires countless times never received wrong size, but anyways you get what you pay for don’t waste your time with this Mickey Mouse operation. Now I gotto wait for a “refund” which takes 7 business days order new tires and go to an actual shop to get them on. Thanks for wasting at least 2 weeks of my time.

Very few tires in stock.i was told I would have to order them online and get installed. But the tires I needed stated online that they would not install them. Not a very good practice to sell tires you won't install. Read the fine print below the tire photos before you buy or you may be stuck with tires no one will install as many places won't install Walmart tires.

Amazing service and excellent prices. I had a flat tire and they took me in at 6:15pm despite closing at 7 the day before New Years Eve. My spare tire was installed and filled in less than an hour. Truly exceptional service….🔥🔥🔥🔥 GO HERE!!!!!

I got 4 new tires and got an oil change. The service was done quick, but my center console had grease all over it which was very difficult to remove. The technicians should be more mindful of this.

I had a great experience here. They answered the phone and my questions after my online order. When I arrived for my appointment, they took my car in and finished in expected time frame. Shout out to Robert for answering all of my questions too!

Good prices for tires, But, they never rotate the tires when I ask. Last time I asked for the rotation front to back. He rotated the driver's side, not the other side, and I didn't realize until after the fact. Recently, when I went and asked for a rotation, the guy told me camber was bad and couldn't be done. I then brought it to my mechanic and there was nothing wrong with the car at all. The mechanic rotated my tires.

I have never been more disappointed in a place that used to be pretty good... This time I gotta wait 3 days for an appointment to change one tire… when I got tires changed there before on the fly… Fine I get it... Now I wait 3 days and come back fir my appointment and they tell me they don't have my size.. The place is literally run by Martians.. Don't go here

Extremely poor customer service. I was told to leave my car and come back in an hour or two. I returned three hours later only to find nothing was done to the car. When I asked why hadn’t the work started on my car, they wouldn’t be able to do the job. I asked why wasn’t I notified about that fact sooner, as I was literally waiting in the mall complex for 3 hours, to which they lied about calling me. I had my phone with me the entire time and there were no missed calls. Complete waste of my life going there!! Please save yourself the time and aggravation, don’t come here.

I was just there today. I, first called got the information about the tires and called back and it kept ringing and ringing and ringing. I call back and a person from the auto center puts me on hold for 15 minutes. I drove there and saw that I was still on hold and the new guy tells me it's going to be 3 hours when I just spoke to him 20 minutes before. I will never call again or waste my time and money at this place. They have lost my business. I rather pay more than to use their services, it sucks and for the price. Go somewhere else, trust me. I will tell everyone in the fleet of 50 plus cars never to use this location for quick services ever.

I drove for 40 minutes to get oil change. I got there before 10am and was excited to see only one vehicle ahead of me being serviced. However, one of the guys came out to ask what I needed help with, and when I said oil change, he said that they can’t do it because they don’t take walk ins anymore and they are fully booked? This is not a by-appointment only location. Very disappointed to say the least.

The only reason I would go here is because the work is more affordable than other places, like for tire installation. Their customer service, however, is trash. I spent weeks calling someone to schedule an appointment, but no one would ever pick up. I tried calling during different times of the day as well and still nothing. FINALLY, I got through to someone, only to find out the tire I ordered and set up an appointment for was no longer available! Had to order 2 new tires and 2 weeks later, they're still not in and they can't check to see when they will come in, even though someone else I spoke to had given me an estimated delivery date...? I can't say enough how horrible their customer service is. BASURAAA

Came in for an oil change on my F150. Victor helped me out, very customer friendly. Was in and out in less then 30 min. Wife forced me to shop with her haha while we waited. Happy wife and great service with unbeatable pricing. Definitely coming back.

Awsome price and very quick service! Had 2 wheels mounted and balanced in under a half hour! Lady on the phone was very nice in helping me choose the best tires for my car. Would definitely recommend them for the best business possible!

Great Black Friday sale this morning $20 off Goodyear and free balancing. Didn’t have all 4 tires in stock. Marc the Auto General Manager was kind enough to upgrade to a better tire. He also sped up the install. I really appreciate it. The whole team including Lois who actually got me to drive almost an hour to come to this location was awesome! Highly recommend this location!

I have to take thw time out to write w about Marc the Tire and Auto Center Manager. I purchased four new tires and had them mounted there. There was an issue with a few of their employees and I usually do not call a.corporation and complain but how I was treated was mind boggling. So the corporation had Marc call me. All I can tell you is he was so apologetic and all he wanted to do was for me to give him another chance and come back to the store and make it right. He goes above and beyond and is a consummate professional and a wonderful person. I will definitely be back he has earned my business and confidence in their service center. I HIGHLY reccomend Walmart of Flanders, NJ for tires. The pricing is fantastic and they are lucky to have Marc!

HUGE shout out to MARK!! I have gotten a flat tire and was driving on my spare all day trying to find a mechanic that would replace my tire - all of them said no/no time. Thankfully, I stumbled upon Walmart Auto, and met Mark. As busy as the business was, Mark took out time to replace my tire on very short notice. I left very happy and paid less than I have expected. Mark is a great role model for his employees, you can tell he genuinely cares for his customers, and has a passion for what he does - very hard worker! I highly recommend. Everyone was very nice!

Just had my tires done today, so far satisfied, in the past I can say this particular tle wasn’t a place I wanted to trust my car, but things have changed and it really shows, they now have a good crew and 2 great managers running things, Mark and Mike are the most responsible and helpful managers Ive seen there, and I can say I’m confident in the upturn this shop has taken. My wait was short, the work was quick and thorough, and I can say I will most likely be back in the future.

I like the ability to shop while I wait but to get work done takes them too long as many have said. Common problem but does not seem to be a priority. I have been their on more then one occasion and the wait is always long. I have been one of the first for tires but several hours later, I wait. I could see as well as heard from the cashier that staff was not in till 10:00 am and they were short. At 10:00 I still waited about another two hours. They just need to manage the schedule effectively based on history and have someone's oversight on the floor operations. I seen first hand, cell phone use as I waited and the casual demeanor of the staff. I stood at the big window watching and waiting. Pro: Price
