Just had them mount and balance a set of tires for me, not more than 6 months ago I paid $170 per for polished aluminum wheels and 3/4 of them now have deep scratches and ripped the coating right off.

Everything went great in and out even with the snow coming down, bringing my wife's car soon

The service fast , the price was reasonable. The place is outdated needs a better waiting lobby and some other upgrades.

The staff there are always fast, honest and professional. It’s really hard to find trusting mechanics out there but you can definitely trust them. I prefer to have my services done here a lot cause with my work schedule it’s more convenient for me. I’d give them way more stars if I could! Thank you for helping me out today with my car and for all the other times in the past too :) Keep up the great work!

They did good work changing our oil. They did bad work being honest in their report. For example, they said that our fluid levels were all fine, and yet they charged us for topping them off. They said that our tires were all fine with air, though we had the low pressure light on when we brought the car in, and it was still on when we took the car home. Suspiciously, they said that each of the tires had exactly the same tire pressure, which by itself is simply not ever going to happen. We simply can’t trust what they say to us anymore, after going there for 30 years or more.

I had a tire pressure light and the manager took me right away and checked my tires put air in and let me know which tire was the lowest. In and out very quickly

Brought my car here a couple of weeks ago to get looked at under a Silver Rock Warranty claim. The guy at the front desk was super nice but whichever technician looked at my car lost a few of my lug nut covers and left the compartment for the removal tool opened and disassembled In the back seat.

Visited Mavis to purchase tires. I was told prices were reasonable. I purchased tires, prices were low, staff were helpful, cordial, and very helpful.

I was quoted $95 for an (full synthetic) oil change. Charged $150. I was told it was because I need a 6th quart of oil and the quote covered 5. Okay. Then I was told I also had to pay for shop supplies and disposal fees. Shouldn't that be included in the quote?! Then they tried to blame that on the outsourced call center they use. They could care less. Bad business! They've lost a customer over (less than) $50! ... And, my "45 minute" job took about 5 1/2 hours".

I went to Mr tire for my car twice so far. And each time they have been so helpful and fast and efficient. And most of all, honest. I just stopped in there because My car was saying there was low coolant. They topped it off, turned it off and even turned off my low pressure light. They didn't even charge me. They're awesome and I will absolutely come back to them.

I was able to schedule an appointment on a Sunday for a slow leak in my tire. My car was taken in as soon as I got there and my tire was repaired in no time. The tech was very courteous and had me on my way in approximately 30 minutes. Can't beat that!!

Nice people but just go to Walmart if you not tryna pay $100 for oil change on an Acura. Was told $50 on the phone too lol

I won't go back. I like the staff but the prices are crazy. I had exhaust noise which they properly diagnosed as a flex pipe issue. I was told I need a new flex pipe installed on my infinity, the guy told me its an expensive part $2000 and that's before the labor! I went online found the oem part for $300 new, went to another mechanic and paid $200 for the install. It's hard to find mechanics you can trust, shop around.

I have some unfortunate news. I just got my tire changed yesterday and paid 208$ for it. I just got home today from school and realized they must have lined my tire up on the machine wrong because they scraped my rim. It’s a black rim so it’s very noticeable and black rims are pricey. I didn’t want to make a review but it’s just irritating. I shouldn’t have to spend money and then end up having to spend more money from a mistake later down the line.

My experience with Mr. Tire has not been good. Within the pass 7mths I've spent appx $3000. in recommended repairs. I paid for a wheel alignment in which wasn't done (sat hours). I came back 2 days latter the guy tried to charge me again

Another shop said they couldn’t change a tire on my wheel because it was on a 20 inch rim. I called these guys and Lee was great. Dropped the tire off and was ready in 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

The guys here are super friendly from start to finish. I had an alignment done on my car and it was done in a professional amount of time to make sure the job was done right. The wait area was nice and clean.

I second a lot of the negative reviews they have recently got. Their service has gone VERY downhill. I bought the Groupon for an oil change, filter, and tire rotation. When I showed up they said I still owed $35, due to additional services they were gonna do. I told them to take those off but they said I still owed $15 due to taxes and local fees. That was wrong, they just added extra oil and upgraded the filter without my permission, and that's where the additional amount came from. I won't be coming here again. Even though it's advertised as $70, they still try to charge you for the full $95. Definitely feels like a scam. They should be honest about what they're charging.

Beware of this place. They are dishonest, overcharge and lie. Reported to BBB Mr. Tire in Flanders Deserves 0 stars Avoid this place at all costs. *As of 8/14/24 No one has contacted me for a resolution. Numerous emails and messages left. I was given a quote for fix an air conditioning issue not once, but twice by same individual. Picked up car and the bill was more than double the quote. I do understand that issues come up and the price can vary, but not more than double the quote. My daughter picked up the car and paid the bill not Result realizing that was not the quote. Next day NO air conditioning. The car sat until we returned it to Mr Tire in Flanders for a repair of what they didn’t fix. My newly paved driveway now has what ever leaked all over it. Now the Supervisor, Joe now claims that because we tried to use the “air” it damaged the other part of the air conditioner and will need to be replaced costing another >$700.00. I have spent the last 4 days trying to get in touch with someone who can talk to me about this with no return phone call and I’m told just to leave a message for the supervisor who can talk to me named Theresa Griffin. Still no phone call…….. Think twice about bringing your car to this place. Issue still not resolved and no phone call again x 4 days. Also, they don’t warranty the work they do as per Joe. . Shirley You respond, but no phone call to follow up ?? Pictures attached they pulled front bumper off to replace part in air conditioner and this is how the car is returned. said the car is old it now has to stay like this ! Seriously ? You broke the clips.

Was just in a couple days ago, I had to get new tires and alignment. I have to say they did a great job! Drives amazing and feels great! The staff is very knowledgeable and understanding of any concerns I had. Needless to say I will continue to go here!

This is where you want to bring your car. I had to make a switch from a different corporate tire store which I won’t name. Rob Ron and Sebastian were great. Very experienced very fast and the prices were better than the competitors. Will continue coming back definitely suggest

Ron and the team at the Flanders Mr. Tire are the best! I got a puncture in a tire late Sunday night. They took care of me first thing Monday morning, explaining everything clearly, and getting me in-and-out and on my way like a NASCAR crew!

Better than other branded service shops , reasonable prices which comes with warranty based on the package and good staff

The oil change and tune-up took roughly about an hour. They tested my battery and charging system, thank goodness they did otherwise my family and I would been stuck on the side of the road. It was so bad a 9-volt battery would have been better.. Thanks to Mr.Tire guys I'll be back soon!
