When we first discovered this Service Center 30 years ago. The fellow who retired. "Always" Did the job "right" the first time. Sad to say today, it's a different story. Have been experiencing engine oil leaks on a Honda CRV. Had solenoid replaced. Still the same problem. Then they said it was the head gasket. Paid for the services. Same problem. Was told they've ordered a new part. And Paul , said, he would call me back. They never did. The only Master mechanic is Jeff. But good luck getting to him. So sad. Because it's not what it used to be. Everything good always, comes to an end, as experts say. If you have engine oil leaks. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere.

they know cars! My toyota was stalling, and another garage took 2 days, charged me $1000 and it was still stalling! Middletown Service Center knew what the problem was in 15 minutes and had it fixed that morning for a lot less. They are very honest and will save a lot of money by fixing something the smart way instead of just changing out parts.
I’m writing this because I’m sick of being taken advantage of as a female who knows very little about cars. These people are very nice, but they don’t explain anything. I could be wrong, but it seems like 99% of their clientele is male. If I’m going to pay an exuberant amount of money to get my car fixed, I want to know exactly what is wrong, what my options are, and I want to be shown WHY it needs to be fixed. I went back several times asking if my brake pads needed replacement, and each time the answer was different. Finally, after consulting each other about whether or not I actually needed brakes they decided that yes, I absolutely did need them and I was close to grinding. 300 dollar for new brake pads, I was told, plus 300 for new shocks, 600 altogether. My car is from 2008, not a luxury car. I went somewhere else to a family friend and was told that my brakes are fine! I understand that not every mechanic can fix things for cheap. And I understand that maybe my brakes should be replaced soon, but my point is that 600 is not in my budget if I don’t have to spend it immediately. And I would have respected it more if I was shown exactly why my brakes needed replacement. I’ve come here before and these men will fix your car. They just charge a lot and don’t explain anything. And if you’re female, you’re lucky if you even get acknowledged by anyone who actually knows what they are doing. No thanks.
I drove up and asked them to look at my car because it was having issues starting, within 15 minutes I had a new battery in and was good to go. Will be coming back for any other car troubles I have

Well, I was very satisfied with their service. Both Jeff & Mike took the time to explain what they did, and showed me what parts were damaged. I’m very happy that I found great mechanics that are fair, reasonably priced and most of all, ones that I trust!
The owners of Middletown Service Center understand what customer service is all about. Don't be fooled believing that a dealer is going to be able to service your car better. In the 20 years I have use them, I have never seen that to be the case. So it's simple. If you have car trouble they should be your first call.
I'm from MD and came into the area on short notice to purchase a used vehicle. I called Middletown Service Center to do a pre-buy inspection and they fit me right in. They were very personable and I watched them give the car a thorough inspection.
Their feedback was very informative and when I asked how much I owed they said "Don't worry about it, only took a little bit of time." WOW...this is one of those businesses you run into every once in while that is so great to work with it's almost shocking. I would highly recommend them.
