Very nice guy and great mechanic. Called him for a problem with my windshield wiper. He fixed it in 5 minutes and topped off my oil. $10 total. Pat is my new car mechanic!!!
I'll start this by saying that we're from out of town -was doing a house share (around the corner from Pat's) for NJ Titans Hockey Season- and issue arose with a player's car that needed to be addressed for him to be able to drive home to Long Island. They were courteous, precise and took care of it for him without delay and did not take advantage of him price wise, not being so savvy when it comes to having things repaired/serviced on a car like so many others his age. I wouldn't hesitate using them again or giving them a referral because of the above mentioned instance. In today's climate of price gouging they seem to be the exception.....A BIG THANK YOU TO PAT'S GARAGE!!
Pat is like family. He treats his customers with honesty, kindness and concern. He is the one reason I'm able to still have my 25 year old Mercedes Benz, - without a fair and great mechanic like Pat who gives straight answers, I'd have to get rid of the car. I will never service by the dealership again. He is a great man and a great friend.
I have used Pats for years! It's the only place I've taken my cars, including my family and friends. He's honest, and the cost is always a fair and lower priced than surrounding garages. Call before to make an appointment so he can diagnose the problem.! It's a high volume shop. Keep up the good work Pat!

About four years ago I bought a 2001 VW Eurovan Camper and needed to find a local mechanic to check it out before hitting the road. I went Pat's because he was nearby, but loved his work. Now, about 40,000 miles later, Pat has taken care of the van exclusively. I trust him completely.
No partiality with Pat's Garage. He gives individual attention to each client. He is a people person. Total opposite of me, and I appreciate that about him. Quite fair, I could go on and on. Better yet, stop by with your issue and see how it goes.
Didn't seem interested in helping me with my tire, I think he was too busy entertaining the woman sitting across from him.
I waited 5 full minutes for him to put a nozzle on the air hose(there was a truck blocking the other hose) I finally managed to get my truck close enough to other hose and filled my own tire...unfortunately that wasn't the end...I needed my tire plugged...back in the office I go and here he still sits, I ask if he could repair my tire...after being made to feel like I was putting him out, he came out, stood talking to this woman some more before finally turning to me...took one minute to repair and then charged me $10....no "I'll be with you in a minute ma'am" no "thanks for waiting" "sorry" nothing
Let's be honest. No one likes to bring in their car to a mechanic. But if and when i have to, Pat is as good as it gets. He's honest, forthright and is willing to spend some time talking through options on repairs. John is a very capable mechanic as well.
Felt they were honest with what was needed and repair estimate was reasonable. Didn't get the work done though as my car is 13 years old and am looking into a new car.
